That particular press brake features an NC9-EX(II?) controller. When you multiply the offset by 1.414”, does that mean you can actually program that tool in angle mode, or are you all using depth mode?

Depth mode works much better for this type of bending on the NC9EX controller. Angle mode would likely work, but it would require a lot of angle correction to achieve the desired results.

I have situation Offset height is equal to sheet thickness which are 3 mm and 2.5mm and angle to be 90.
