Afraha Stadium far from being ready

The Afraha Stadium in Nakuru has missed the opportunity to host the Kip Keino Classic athletics event as the renovation works will not be complete before the 20th of April 2024. The stadium is now earmarked to host the team Kenya athletics trials for the Paris Olympic games in June.

The stadium 🏟️ plan is it should have four stands. Why does it have only two?
The design and allocation of funds was for four stands
