I’m always surprised that Japanese restaurants use nonstick frying pans with coating. These coatings are harmful to your health especially when they start to peel. It gets into your body. They should be using steel pans or pans with no coatings. They shouldn’t be allowed for commercial use.

チャーシューエッグ、キムチ、卵スープ、炙り味噌牛ホルモン、にんにく醤油、背徳こくうまステーキソース、うまトマトチーズチャーシューエッグ、赤海老ユッケ、さっぱりおろしだれ、海苔麻薬鶉、明太子高菜、焼きはらすのおろしポン酢、ホルモン、マンゴージュース、美味しそうですね。
おいしそう❤18:55 で目玉焼きを作る時に、一旦器に割った卵をフライパンへ運んでるけど、ダイレクトに割った卵をフライパンへ入れるのとでは結構出来栄えが違うんかなー？
