I passed the MA Real Estate exam on the first time, and I definitely owe a big portion of the thanks to this channel. I feel like this channel helps you get familiar with the concepts on the test, and any detail you remember is a bonus. I think in anything you learn if you can appeal to a couple different senses it'll increase your chance of retention. This channel, for the listening, is the perfect piece to that equation
