Doctor Strong: I am an ophthalmologist. Congratulations on your well-done video, it is excellent for medical students. One comment: in minute 10:23 in the case of anterior uveitis, the most probable explanation of the mydriatic pupil is simply that the picture was taken after the treating ophthalmologist applied dilating eyedrops (like tropicamide).
Thanks for the comment! Very true about mydriasis.
@@StrongMed as you said though; it is possible for the misshapen pupil to be a sign of posterior synechiae, which are a common finding in more severe anterior uveitis cases.
Perfect video and a lot of detailed information. This is very helpful for me to use. I am a technician in an optometrist office and I am studying to get certified. Thank you for the great video.

This was helpfull Dr. but i need your help. please tell me why my eyes getting red again n again? i was diagnosed with keratitis HSV ( spots on cornea) and i have symptoms like foreign body sensation, photophobia , decreased/blurred vision, brightness sensitivity , red eye with moderate pain with eye movement that leads to cheek's pain and headache pain sometimes it is unbearable. DR. gave me anti-viral ointment that made the spots smaller but not helping with redness of eye. redness spreads throughout the eyeball and pain is unbearable . I'm suffering a lot please help.
I'm very sorry, but I cannot give specific, individualized medical advice here. If your initial doctor is not available or hasn't provided sufficient care, I recommend getting a second opinion, in person, ASAP.
Good one
Great!
Thanks sir
Can you do An approach to broad complex tachycardia in the next video
My EKG series has several videos on tachyarrhythmias, but not yet one specifically on wide (broad) complex tachycardia. It's on my list, but finding good examples of EKGs and cleaning up their appearance for the videos is time-consuming, so I end up pushing these off longer than I'd like.
excellent

I have had surgery but it has started to grow back and now it’s growing back on the other eye as well? I would really like some help? I’m 12 years old and I’ve had it for 10 years now… I would really like some help.
I'm very sorry to hear about what you are experiencing, but I cannot offer specific, individualized medical advice on here. I recommend you asking your parents/guardian to speak with your own doctor about your concerns.
