The first one would not be a serious immediately. The handbrake being left on would be a minor for controls. If she then didn’t respond and you then told her, then it would be a serious. :)

You can't tell very wel from the video but it looks like she didn't follow the right lane to get out of the roundabout, she drifted to the left too early. Also checked the mirror a bit too late but she did check it eventually. I think the lane discipline was the problem here.

If you're intimidated by new roads, you shouldn't be driving. Generally road signs and road markings are there for a reason
