Thank you so much for this video, I was torn between financing wgu myself or doing snhu completely free through my employer (target) I chose snhu because wgu said I needed 77 units to get my business administration bachelors and snhu said 30 with the exact same credit evaluations, and you saved me 200$ at Sophia by doing English at snhu. I should graduate snhu March 2024 and plan to do my MBA at Wgu immediately after. Congrats on graduating and I wish you success
thanks for sharing, you have some very interesting information here. i would love to do the same to get a degree from WGU, but as an international student, i'm **** out of luck... wish you all the best & keep us posted!
I don’t understand the time crunch for when you start at WGU; can’t you just start there whenever you want? Meaning there are no semesters or start dates right?
Thank you so much for all of the information you have provided during your journey. Thanks to you and Josh I am pursuing the same path although I won't have anywhere near as many credits to transfer. Would it be possible for you to cover what each certification satisfies under the new BSCSIA? It seems as though some of the certs might give credit for multiple "classes" at WGU. Or if not is there a way to contact you via email with some specific questions? Thanks and great job on your journey!
This is what you're looking for. partners.wgu.edu/Pages/bscsia.html Just a heads up though that WGU is updating this webpage and they say the information may not be up to date until August 1st.
@@CameronEvolved Thanks for replying. Yes my enrollment cpu Ellie told me there are changes coming to this and other IT programs. Hopefully most of the classes I have done so far at Sophia will still count. Fingers crossed 🤞
I'm doing the Workplace Communication at Sofia course now and it's pretty easy, except they keep telling me my touchstone is plagiarized. I'm rewriting it again, so be aware. The algorithm they use is super sensitive, so try not to use any words they have in the assignment document.
I just got mine today, I've been sweating it SO hard, especially since they did all the transfer updates. I immediately came back to re-watch your vid, and holy cow, my evaluation looks completely different. I don't know if it's because I'm a readmissions student, the transfer agreement updates, or both. Mine is color-coded (Green = Courses previously completed or transferred, Blue = New courses added to the degree plan, and Gray = Courses that need to be completed) and it shows "percentage left to complete" opposed to percentage already completed.
Interesting. I've heard they periodically update everything so maybe that's what happened? Either way it sounds like you'll be starting soon. I'm excited for you!
@@CameronEvolved Thank you! Your videos have been very encouraging, and on February 1st I'll start the accelerated B.S. to M.S. IT program. I'm nervously excited.
yo whats your gmail Im tryna get into transferring credits but IM in a sticky situation, I went all the way into wgu cybersecuirty degree and I started september 1 2022 and i TRANSFERED NO CREDITS I feel so stupid for not doing that but I got a plan and I need your knowlegde on transferring credits and the ur spreadsheets are really helping
Since you've already started your first term, it's my understanding that you can no longer transfer credits and will need to do all of the remaining classes/courses at WGU. I'd recommend you talk with your program mentor though just in case since they'll have the latest information on the WGU policies.
@@CameronEvolved i was going to take a term break and ask if I am a loud to still be able to transfer any credits i do within the term break so whenever i return back I will not have as many classes to do.
Thank you for your insight. You're going to be more helpful than you ever know! Best of luck!

Workplace writing 2 at sophia is also accepted instead of english comp 2. I would guess it is easier but havent had time to look yet.

Do you submit the transcripts after completing each class from Study or Sophia?

Question
Can one course be enough to satisfy requirements for cybersecurity and information assurance

Thanks for the heads up. I'll try to be careful.
@@CameronEvolved it’s so easy
Do they transfer credits if I took that class more than seven years ago
I know this comment is late but the answer is yes. They transferred in an English and a science class I had from 11 years ago.
Started taking Introduction to Relational Databases and that class is rough- I am stuck and can't move
Any tips to help me out ?
For wgu ? I passed both database classes if you have any questions I can try to help you out
