The nose bleed thing is a running gag in a lot of animes. It just means that the character was having perverted thoughts so their blood rushes to their head. If you dive more into anime there's a lot of other running gags you'll find too. For example, a character sneezing randomly, because of the superstition that you sneeze when someone is talking about you.
Anyways, some suggestions: Re: Zero's 3rd and 4th openings, Deathnote's 1st and 2nd, Attack on Titan 1st opening, and all of the Jojo's bizarre adventure openings.\
Further explaination to the nose bleed thing, people often expirience nosebleed when theyre too excited.
Doing 3 openings per video… damn, you guys can even make 40 anime opening videos and it won’t get saturated, because there are some many good openings. Keep them coming!

I posted this on part 1 before noticing you already had a part 2 so I'll just paste it here.
Music artists in Japan use anime openings to advertise their songs/bands. All of them are high quality but some may not be to your tastes because the songs could be any genre.
I recommend trying ALL of the Bleach openings. The show is returning this month after years and all of them are bangers.
Some other good ones to try:

you forgot Dororo (2019) Op 1. This show is highly underrated due to Demon Slayer coming out in 2019. Dororo deserves all love and respect

I personally recommend the Banana Fish openings and endings
Whenever you see a nose bleed, it is usually a pseudonym for being turned on or getting an erection. It mostly happens to guys, but girls are not immune to nose bleeds. Lol. It is a really common anime trope.
Make sure you dont ignore none action anime.
Domestic Girlfriend has an incredible opening song.
Toradora has excellent openings and endings.
Anohana has an incredibly beautiful opening and ending song.
Angel Beats has nothing but great music in it.
Erased has a terrific opening and a really good ending.
I highly recommend just binging the three openings and three endings to K On in one episode cause they are all really hype.
Gamers has a great opening song with an awesome opening backing it up.
The first opening to Komi Cant Communicate is excellent.
The opening and endings to Watamote are really fun.
Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie has a really good opening song.
School Live has a great song, but I would recommend watching the first episode before reacting to the openings cause you don't want the first episode twist to be ruined. Although you would be safe reacting to the opening for the first episode without the risk of spoilers.
But my number one recommended opening is Tonikawa: Over The Moon For You. That song is absolute fire! You just cant help but want to move when it plays.

[1 & 3] Naruto - A Kid named Naruto wishes to become Hokage [basically the ninja mayor of his village], though due the events after his birth he became an outcast, on his journey to become Hokage he has to deal with a group of terrorists and a being that is basically god, eventually gaining the trust of the village and becoming the Hokage
[2] Blend S - An anime about a café who's servers are given different traits, the story follows a 16-year old girl named Maika who has a menacing look when she smiles, she accidently runs into the manager of the café who hires her and gives her the sadistic trait due to her smile. While working she adopts a dominant and cruel persona when serving costumers
