Christian? Their whole point is questioning Christianity and religion as a whole with Heliocentric and Anthropocentric. They aren't even rock, it's metal. They are not Christian, especially with some of their lyrics literally being "Who Made Your Architect" like in The Origin of God.
then you dont love this one cause its not christian music, this album is a critique on christianity and so is the next one (anthropocentric). The only line in this song that isnt quoted from the bible is "…or so do some people believe", i think you see the point by now.
This is not a lip sync... The audio track has been added later... They do play live shows, with real live instruments... They did'nt put live recording on for the aesthetic reasons... I think it is a good thing... If I want to hear them play live I'll go and see them play live... This video is good for the promotional reasons, like if I would like to show them to my friends or sth...
shame that it's clearly lip-synced by the vocalist. Don't know about the rest of the band, whether they are on playback or not but it all sounds too clear for me. Live shows, especially metal, are supposed to be about raw live energy, not hearing note by note what can be heard on an album. I was about to click like button but now... Love The Ocean either way btw.
This album is absolutely perfect, definitely one of the greatest pieces of work I've ever had the pleasure of hearing.
this is my favorite christian rock band
Christian rock band? thats a joke right?^^

Joke flew way over your heads lmao

i was lucky to see that set : The Dillinger Escape Plan + The Ocean + Cancer bats @Korigan oct 2010
this song is a dope for me
One of the first music videos I've seen where the vocalist is virtually ignored.
Flood the earth with the firmamament then burn it with the suns
@mattwalker21 sry, have to disagree on that one. altough helio and anthro are really awesome pieces of music, precambrian remains their magnus opum
Was expecting to see the water above the firmament . Footage of that . Not a rock band.
sound like isis
look at 3:30: Loic is pulling his head down while still supposedly singing. Me not likey.
