Thank you Hector!! Question, have you done a video on the proper way to write-off uncollectible A/Rs and when sales tax was included in the invoice? Two to three years old!!
I have not.. or maybe i have, cant remember.
But long story short, you need to use a credit memo, so it can reverse the sales tax effect

Hi Hector! Thank you for all the great videos! If I have Amazon affiliate, how would I record it in quickbooks if I get it in the form of an Amazon gift card? Also, if its less than $500 for CA, do I need to report it on my taxes? If so, would I list it on Turbo tax as a separate income (like a separate 1040 or 1099)? I appreciate your help on this. Thank you!

Why does all Versions of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online not have USER CUSTOMS FIELDS? Why is it that only QBO has User Customs Fields, 10 of them i believe?
I mean only QBO Advance that has USER CUSTOMS FIELDS.
