Where's my bag at? I ordered this reflex bag 3 months ago and still have not received anything. Also no one has contacted me yet would like to get ahold of somebody so I can either get a refund or get my bag that I paid for.
Hey, received mine back in 2022, had an issue with the base that secures the post. took me 8 months to get a response and ended up mailing it back (post alone) Thought they were going to mail me back a replacement but 2 months later and emails finally got a response that it takes 45 days and don't disrespect the ppl that are going to fix your product. Not very professional. the $300 plus that I spent is gone and it's not going to break the bank but if this is how they handle business I will not order another thing from them. Hopefully your experience with them ends up better.
Just ordered mine in Canada. Needed something at a fair price for in home to supplement mitt and shield work with my wife lol. Thank you for the product! I'll let you know how it goes when it arrives.
