Gina's dog: "Yeah....I would've gotten excited and joined in, but I'm a bigger fan of Walk."
Dachshunds ain't gotta do nothin' for no one, because they Dominate... ;)
Gina: rocking out like a mad woman
Her dog: napping adorably
It's fun in the video, then you come down into the comments and it's fun all over again when you see people bitching about it. Pantera is srs business guys.
"You can't play metal on a Telecaster."
"Hold my pooch."
just need to use the humbucker, check Obituary live and see how heavy you can go hehe
E: oops, tele, Obituary uses a Strat
Roll back the tone a bit on that bridge pickup and you get such a wide range of toan.
I've got a Seymour Duncan Hot rails in a Warmoth tele build, it sounds MEAN.
Also, someone tell Gina to tell her dog that I love them.
The fun thing about Gina is that all you can see is hair and shred.
I heard this song AFTER playing the first Doom game, and was like “hey why did Pantera cover a Doom song?” My friend Mike was embarrassed to know me.
Yeah there's a fair few classic metal songs in the original Doom, including "Rise" plus "This Love" shows up in Doom 2 as well. Slayer get a pretty good representation too, with "Behind the Crooked Cross", "South of Heaven"
i was like .... waiiiit a moment i know this one from doom ^^ so i am not nuts XD
Can we just take a moment to take in and appreciate the fact that Gina Gleason just played a Pantera song on a telecaster and it sounded amazing?!? Oh yeah, and Lzzy was in fucking beast mode!
John 5 and Jim Root have been playing metal on teles forever. John 5 has covered Pantera a lot too.
@@rumpledxkn I was just gonna say the same thing about Jim Root. I really think my next guitar is gonna be a Tele.
Why do people always say this? A guitar is a guitar, it's about the player to make it sound as they wish. I've played death metal on my strat for 10 years, rips different than my warlock, but still shreds
Reba's backgrounds took it to another level
....you mean.....a new level....?
....of confidence.....and poowaaaaahhhh?
Holy shit, talk about coming back with a vengeance. Song choice, musicians, all top tier.
These edits are getting better and better. Also Gina is the coolest ever.
I would have assumed you’d need a Floyd Rose to do that solo. Hot damn, always awesome.
Fucking Macho Man. This is some Highschool AV level shit and I love it lol
That slayed. I’m Old. I remember when that song came out!
@@creamwobbly no he hates talent.lol and he dont like women more metal than himself.🤣🤣🤣🤘🤘🤘💯💯💯
Holy shit, what a comeback. Gina made Dimebag proud.
Pantera and the All Mighty Lzzy Hale! Bedroom Covers coming back STRONG!
Gina's doggo has a Mouth for Nap.
I will never forget when I met Lzzy. The band was selling their CDs themself before they went up. My friend and I ended up talking with her for like 5 mins ( bought a cd too obv). She was super chill and down to earth.
She looked around real fast and was like "Oh shit, it was nice talking, but I gotta go catch my people."
We had no idea who we were talking to until she was on stage and I did a double take to the CD!
How does Gina make a telecaster sound metal as fuck? She fills me with hope for humanity.
With enough gain in your amp, and enough attitude you can make anything sound metal. And Gina obviously has enough attitude to make a banjo shred.
@@poopnewman7775 Jim Root Tele has two big ass EMGs. Doesn't count
Any video featuring Gina Gleason automatically is better. She always looks like she's having the time of her life.
Saw her playing with Baroness live and can confirm she is having the time of her life when ahe play XD
Do one thing every day that makes you as happy as Gina playing the ballix out of something.
Thank You! Gina and Reba KILLED it. Love the Domination outro. This makes an old man happy!
The vibe of Madi's manga wall really spreads into the rest of the video there at the end
I was not prepared this morning to be this excited for a cover song! PANTERA!
This cover was terrific, but the best part is how much fun everyone seems to have. I wanna go grab my guitar and turn things to 11.
Wow Lzzy voice was a great fit for this song these ladies slayed it well done
Now, that's what I call comin' back!!! Shout out to all, especially to Gina Gleason who, as usual, killed it with a smile.
Missed you, dudes. How am I supposed to concentrate on the cover when I'm constantly pausing to bask in the glory of Madi's amazing shelves. Gorgeous setup and organization there...
God I love Gina Gleasons riffs and energy, this brought a tear to my eye. Domination
Never thought I'd hear a dime bag solo on a telecaster
God I love lzzy hale I love her voice she always gives me goosebumps
Told my country-loving gf that "love bites" reminds me of hr after playing it for her. She owned it. Might have been natural aptitude, but i like to think it was her channeling llizy.
Good God.
I'm not even a Halestorm fan and I gotta say, this was the best of all the covers 2M2LN has done, IMHO. The guitar was killer, the drums were killer, the bass was killer, and those vocals, OMFG, were KILLER!! That scream at 3:05, for example.
Absolutely your best!! :)
I never thought I'd hear a shredding Dime solo on a Telecaster but here we are. That was amazing.
Goddamn, Lzzy has some pipes on her.
@@YourWifesBoyfriend Your mom told me to tell you to bring your cereal bowls up from the basement when you're done with them and to please, rinse them out for once.
Lzzy was born to rock!
had me smiling the whole time. the fucking alligator with the sunglasses made me rewind a couple of times
To start celebrating WOMEN’S MONTH we get an awesome cover of “Mouth For War”. LADIES ROCK 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
It’s not easy to play and sound like Vinny Paul. This was stellar...nailed it all around.
omg, what a fantastic version. I'm hearing this for the 10th time today and still not enough.
Lzzy RUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ,
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
You can't mess about when covering Pantera, so I was worried this might not have the requisite power.
It has the requisite power.
I know how beloved Dimebag is, but man, the drum sound is what made Pantera for me. Nice cover here!
Absolutely fuckin' sick - I love Lzzy Hale's power and versatility as a singer. I thought her cover of Priest's "Dissident Aggressor" was good until I heard this one. Amazing work, keep rockin!
I say this without hyperbole: Lzzy is the best female rock vocalist since Ann Wilson, and one of the greatest rock vocalists working today, period.
This is a really niche observation: I work at a comic book store in Central PA, and I bet I see the same "Wolf Sanctuary of Pennsylvania" t-shirt Gina is wearing on one my customers at least once every day.
Gina absolutely fucking slaying a Pantera solo on a Telecaster like it's no big thing. Fucking hell.
Madi plays bass like I do. I like to play pantera while reclining in my recliner.
Pantera played on a telecaster... now I've seen it all.
I’ve had a terribly busy week and my mind is overloaded. I just clicked on this and all my worries went away. Thank you for this killer cover! Love it!!!
THANK YOU ALL I needed this tonight.
So hyped for this cover.
Macho Man, Stonks, and Reba - midblowing
Total amaze-balls. Probably one of the best videos you’ve done as well. The clips were hysterical. Lzzy and Gina killing it

I'll trade my squier strat for that dunable? no questions asked. No questions. Not one.
Reba's stonks shot got me to laugh out loud I can't lie
Eleven months later, this remains my favorite thing to exist, anywhere, ever and stuff or something.
Excellent. Love these covers.
Absolutely love it 🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 i made my day hearing lzzy hale cover Pantera
Awesome! 🤘
It also shows how important every member of Pantera was to their unique sound.
This is my favorite video yet. Amazing! Love Gina Gleason so much. And Lizzie... big score there. Thank you all. Keep it up!
The voices just go great all together
Reba Meyers is like the female Mutoid Man!
Or..is Mutoid Man the male Reba Meyers!?
Gina is crazy talented.
I’ve lost count at how many times I’ve watched this. So so good.
Definition of 🔥 track. That dog on Gina’s couch was priceless.
Fantastic job!
That's how you kick off Women's Appreciation Month 🤘
So there’s a women’s appreciation month now? Because forced diversity always works...Instead of enjoying something in 2021, it has to be about a cause. Next month will be a bunch of trans covering Slayer! Yay for them!!!
@@nathanrasely7903 we already have them performing pantera here, beautifully tarnished.
@@nathanrasely7903 Fun fact: You can enjoy things and have a cause. Try it some time.
Y'all done Dimebag proud with this cover! One of Pantera's best jams!
Seeing Reba and Lzzy together made me so happy
This song drives me crazy. Excellent !
Was not ready for this today, not only a new cover video but my favourite pantera song! Thank you gwarsenio & everyone involved in all the cover videos, you're all fucking awesome 🤘🤘🤘
I figured this would be the one that Gwarsenio finally breaks the couch.
I think this has become my new favorite channel. Such a cool concept and the tunes are awesome.
You guys are awesome!!!!
Killer cover. Loved this to death.
Yesssss! Those are chicks rocking!!!!
Awesome.... just awesome.
Love the Domination segue. Badass cover as always
I'm a simple man: I see Gina in a thumbnail and I click.
Gina is a baaad chick! Everyone rocked this song - but dayyyum Gina!!
Dang, Lzzy really went for it....wow
I never thought I would say it, but the instrumentation is TOO exact. Its so good it sounds like a remaster of the original. Amazing job.
Well, this was absolutely epic. Gina is so damn amazing. (They all are, but Gina sets my heart a flutter) \m/
This was great. Gina is simply the best.
i'm loving these colab covers. probably my favorite thing to come out of this pandemic. Great job everyone!
Yes!
This owns. Gina and Reba destroyed in particular
I was impressed with the choice of a Telecaster to play a Dimebag solo, that was awesome and Lizzy Hale was so good on vocals.
Not really, I think it would be better with Alissa from arch enemy or the singer from blood ceremony, I don’t know her name haha
wow! super fan of Pantera here and y'all did this justice man. amazing job! props 🤘
Awesome cover is awesome.
I don't even have to think about it man. This is my favorite Two Minutes cover. Gleason is no slouch on the guitar man. And Hale's vocal dude, sick!
REVEEEEEEEEEENGE!! I'm screamin' revenge agaaain!!
Awesome cover guys.
I love it, especially the guitars going completely bonkers and the bassest being the chillest cat, just there going "I got bass lines to do folks." Thanks for supporting DallasHopeCharities, from someone Dallas adjacent. (Denton country vs Dallas)
Lizzy should Sing everything. Dang that Lady can Sing!
Great cover. Everyone sounded killer.
Ahh man I love this song, and these gals n guys have not disappointed, what a great great cover
welcome back guys!!!!! been missing these!!!
Gina ripping Dimebag guitar parts on a Tele with no tremolo makes my day. Amazing work, people.
....yeah and not even a Tele Ultra even. Destroyed that track.
Its blasphemy, but she pulled it off
In the audio there's a tremolo isn't it?!
Love it thanks 🙏
The best achievement on that performance. Gina pushing to another level as always
