The many new and generous friends that came into your life. Of course, the mental health journey at the centre of it all. But in the end, for me it was about what's in your heart. Today, As a staff and peer team we watched the conclusion of Mikey's 5-part journey across BC to the Artic to champion mental health. As a group we were wowed! Here are a few messages from us at CMHA Shuswap-Revelstoke: Uplifting, full of life, great ability to pull us in and join him on the journey. He met all of his challenges with grace and was very engaging. You could feel his struggles and his jubilation as he conquered his goals.
Mikey , not sure if a comment this long after the fact will make it to your attention. I have just finished ( for the 2nd time ) watching your adventure to the Arctic Ocean. First, I hope you did find your 3 mile markers . As someone who has had a " bump" in the road with their mental health this past year and a bit I once again find your journey uplifting and inspiring. Truly hope you are doing well young man.

Its far from easy to take on a challenge like this, and seemingly be so calm in the face of its daunting size, as you appear to be throughout.
