Dang dude. Found these vids via the ISO Bent Chetler video and couldn't be more thankful to the algorithm! Thanks for sharing your adventure and taking the time to film it!
I want to comment here about how this young man came into our lives. There are reasons to be cautious about social media - but Mikey and my daughter, Enya, met happenchance on the internet - striking up a beautiful friendship. He came into our lives by bike and was a breath of youthfulness, hope, energy, compassion, and love. At a time in this pandemic where our spirits might wane, he found a way to help his own spirit soar - by moving through the landscape and discovering the good in people. Take the risk, say hello to strangers, offer them your support, make friends. You may even end up with a Mikey in your own life! :)
Mikey, this is great, beautiful content you're putting out! Masterpiece. Makes me wanna be there. Question: do you sometimes feel you'd rather bike tour without your camera(s), drone and other technical gear so as to be less constraint and freer? What are your thoughts on that? A fellow bike tourer
Thank you very much Pedo. I did sometimes feel that I would rather tour without my camera(s). I am certainly feeling that now that I have so much footage to go through! But in all honesty, the camera was such an important and meaningful part of the journey. Certainly I would have been lighter on the bike, and probably able to bike longer each day as a result, but I am glad I chose to bring it along.
hahha okay, bring on Episode Four...whoo-hoo!! Bumped into a couple your buddies here in K-town, heard about reaching 25K for CMHA.. dude, that's just huge
I want to say thank you for this inspiring series. The first vids were great but i think you have really outdone yourself with this one, especially the drone shots and that kind of cinematic montage with the singing in the backround. So thank you for showing us the beauty of canada and good luck for your journey! Greetings from Germany
Can't believe how underrated this series is. It's consistently exciting and the production value is fantastic.
Agreed 100% just binge watched the episodes, it's great!
Thank you both! If you want to share it around so that it can maybe become a little less underrated I'd be stoked !
Just made my day seeing a new episode of this up! Excellent video as usual. Hello from Scotland!
