I haven't had practice head to toe assessment, and im just already nervous 😬 . I know have to eventually. The only thing that I'm just concerned about is not being able to hear the heart murmurs. Eveythingg else is kind of easy ..
Also, i hate verbalizing what im saying ahaha i end up getting distracted any tips on this

Just get as much practice as you can and your skills will develop in time! No one expects you to know everything when you're in nursing school (even though I know it feels that way sometimes!!)
