One correction. Ingame FOV is VERTICAL FOV not HORIZONTAL. 75 VERTICAL FOV is 90 HORIZONTAL FOV. If you go above this without having an ultrawide monitor your going to get serious fish eye effect. As for my tips for aim, generally you can make every game have the same sensitivity, however one thing I find these guides fail to mention is every game as different player movement speeds. This dynamic is in my opinion why each of your games should have a somewhat different sensitivity. My advice is go into a practice mode, aim down sights at and enemies head and strafe around. If you can keep your aim locked on to the enemies head during this at various ranges and magnification then you have a good sensitivity. Great video overall and I appreciate anyone who tries to help new players into the game!
Could you elaborate on the difference between horizontal and vertical FOV? I recently upgraded to a 21:9 Monitor and was wondering how i need to adjust the fov. I am currently set to 65 ingame fov but wondering if i am doing it all wrong considering the aspect ratio.
On the FOV, for me I have tried dropping it to hit heads a bit better, but the lower the FOV, the more uncomfortable (and even nauseous) I get, so I tend to sacrifice the bigger heads for the better "feel" of gameplay. Glad you brought it up though. Even years later, not a lot of people realize it's a thing.
For ps4 to change POV you have to do /fp_fov ## to set it to what you want. It's annoying how getting in and out of vehicles resets it though. Edit: you have to open chat and press square, then start the code

lol anyways. for a serious answer, i do 6v6 pickups (primarily AU) against other very good players and have done them for several months, have scrimmed against other PIL teams (one of which i am on which is ZYZZ), and also have coached through 1v1s a few players in my outfit (DA) to help them get back into the game. so yes, i'd say that i play against other experienced players :P.
