Keanu may not be a myth or a legend, but he is certainly an example, and boy has he been a good one. He likely wont ever see this comment, but even so I will express my gratitude not only for the years of entertainment dating all the way back into my childhood, but also for being a prime source for faith in us as a people. I sincerely hope that his days are filled with joy, and that he understands just how breathtaking a man he truly is.

I completely respect and am impressed with Keanu Reeves. He doesn't need to wear expensive clothing or have expensive jewelry and knows that. I mention this on a lot of videos about him and his niceness... I firmly believe you can trace a lot of it back to him working with River Phoenix in 1990. They starred in I Love You To Death and My Own Private Idaho together and became best friends. People who knew them at the time described them as being kindred spirits. If you read anything about River you'll understand that he was extremely similar to who Keanu is now. There are videos of Keanu being asked about River and it's very clearly hard for him. No doubt Keanu was already a great guy, otherwise River wouldn't have found a soulmate in him the way he did, but I think that loss really affected him, and of course his other tragedies impacted him greatly too.
He's a lovely guy. He's of that generation where it's about the art not the fame.
Everyone has things that have affected them. It’s what you do afterwards. Some get and stay angry. Some have the sadness and keep private. This attitude is how my dad, with zero degree, worked his way up from being poor to CEO of a global logistics corporation. Kindness, compassion, and empathy! Being real. You'd never know he had money and worked the job he does bc he walks around in sweatpants and car racing t-shirts or grease stained clothes he works on his racecar in all the time, lol. I have to yell at him to buy new clothes or shoes half the time. The good ones, those "rich people you'd never know were rich," that is how you can tell them apart from the rest.

This dude is truly awesome. I was riding around on a motorcycle back in the day and had to stop to check directions( before smart phones ). He just so happen to stop in the exact same spot for the exact same reason. We got to talk for a good 20 mins. Then we got to ride together for at least 5 miles through the canyons before he split off making sure to way bye to me. 😊❤. Really cool experience!
