I don't think there's gonna be a "Crysis 2". They are planning some expansion packs. But when they are done with that, they will probably make a totally new game.

When i first walked out and into the sun and saw the distant islands reflecting off the water, i thought to myself "man we are here..Real Time lighting and Graphics are finally here" Instead of Bland textures, we got highly detailed water, and real time bump mapping. It was a great day for PC Gaming.

yea he gets infected by a contaminant leak in the factory level when he is setting up that nuke there, but he doesnt get abilities he only gets his skin turned green and the infection was only for the last level
Far Cry originally started on PC.It was remade for XBOX but altered.In this version Jack kills Doyle, cures himself and Valera(or whatever)etc.But in IP Doyle dies of causes.Jack becomes Predator,doesn't cure himself.IP is the considered canon now I believe because it's the more recent version of Far Cry 1.But it's His/Her opinion on canon.

Its Not A Broblem.. You just put the mod folder in the Mods folder (or you just install the mod ther) and when you entering the game press Mods button and select the mod that you want.

I finished FC3 campaign and it was over in a flash. The story wasn't that great and it didn't live up to my expectations. But the best thing of the game is the gorgeous island to explore, brilliant sandbox game. I still give the original Far Cry on pc higher marks. As a fps, it was madness! I've played and finished it many times.
@stopflooding1 Yes u are right ubisoft published it BUT crytek used the cryengine and made Far cry.The sequel was made by ubisoft montreal using the Dunia Engine.Check wikipedia. As you can see at the side it says that the developer was crytek and the publisher was Ubisoft and it used the cryengine. ;)

this game used to be amazing graphics i had to overclock my ati x1800 to run it at good framerates lol now you could run this with motherboard graphics lol good old days

The cinematics were quite laughable for someone who played the game at this days like me. Everything goes like a rush in no time out of nowhere. But i guess that back then when the game was released it was like what Crysis is now.

Only thing that I thought that was bad about the end is that u play very much days, its a very big game with a great story (I spent some months playin far cry till this point) and u the end is such 30 seconds. That was pitty, but maybe this is because u played the end yourself

i agree. Far Cry (1st) was truly unbelievable. Crysis 2 hopefully will carry on the tradition.

i hated that last part of the game with the lava and monsters and super armored guys. it took me FOREVER to beat it!!
