That was me when he started talking about sanding down the "pulp" 🤢 of the tooth. I literally shuddered so hard I pulled my neck muscle, and yes I know that means my neck muscles are weak.
My dentist told me they could fix my tooth by doing this "bonding." It fell off the next day after I ate. Shaving the other down is just foolishness, though.
I'm getting a root canal because my left tooth is way shorter than the picture he showed like 2x or 3x but it's either interning the vain or is past some of the vain can you do a video talking about root canals I want to at least me prepared for what to expect
I already eat hot or cold things the same way most people can because I just already have sensitive teeth. WHYS BRO GOTTA TAKE SO MUCH ADVANTAGE OF WHAT I CAN ONLY ASSUME ARE NON-SENSITIVE TEETH
Can confirm it's painful...One of my wisdom teeth broke while coming in, and I had to shave down one corner of it with a metal file because it was slicing into the the back of my mouth every time I opened my mouth
My filling came out and my dentist refused to fill it. Instead he shaved it down saying that it would grow back in 3-6 months and everything would be fine. I told him that didn’t make sense and I didn’t want it. Well he did it anyway. I decided to get a new dentist and he filled it but I still have extreme sensitivity to that tooth bc the nerve was exposed
wtf💔😿i hate such stories dentists did so much damage to my teeth it's a huge trigger..sorry that happened to you..😿🙈i wish they were all monitored by multiple ppl at all times like surgeons and such🙈
A dentist of mine while working on other teeth did this to a front tooth without even asking me, he shaved off a bit to make it not so chipped looking or something but he literally took some enamel off my tooth without even asking or saying a word to me about it and of course the tooth is SOOOO sensitive to everything now!
He has a few options.. the cheaper one is to get Dental bonding done to the broken tooth to make it the same size as the longer. It's a resin that they put over top of your tooth. He can get two veneers or crowns put on the front teeth to make the teeth aesthetically pleasing. Definitely don't shave your teeth down it will make your teeth so sensitive
My orthodontist filed my teeth down for me and told my dad that my buck teeth would mess up my straight teeth because my dad didn’t want me to do it for cosmetic reasons. But if it’s that wildly different, they can build up the shorter tooth.
I can’t stress how many patients I’ve come across that will do the total opposite of what was told, and then are always angry at the staff down the line at how much MORE work they have to do because they didn’t listen🤦🏽♀️
I’m going to be honest… about a year ago I was thinking about doing this, but I decided not to. Then I found your channel, I’m so glad I’m a good decision maker😂
Just to make you cope if you have this kind of teeth. As an artist, i love drawing these kinds of smiles, uneven or not simetrical things are my faves to draw and i think they are beautiful
I actually had no choice but to file down a partially broken tooth in the back of my mouth because the way the tooth cracked apart created a *painfully* sharp and stabbing pain on my on my tongue and inside of my gums. The bleeding, swelling, and pain was intensive enough that I just said, “Screw it.” and filed the tooth down myself using an emery board/nail filer. I have no dental insurance and as a fast food worker I most definitely don’t have the funds to pay for a dental procedure. I’ve already succumbed to the fact that dental care is going to forever be out of my price range. No matter how well I practice dental hygiene; it doesn’t matter. Problems inevitably pop up because American dentistry is separate from general health insurance. My teeth have already gone to hell and all I can do is wait until I’m able to afford dentures. I’m in massive debt due to health issues. So many of my problems could have been prevented if I were blessed to live in a state/country that made it so health and dental care is more accessible. I just have a strong feeling I’m going to die soon. I turn 40 in late September. Right now, I’m just making my peace with the inevitable.
Let’s not forget how painful it is to touch those nerves. I’ve chopped half a tooth and it’s like agony when your tongue touches the nerve let alone sand paper
I had my root canal treatment a year ago, he is actually gonna be suffering alot, five teeth surgeries to clean the inside of the tooth to make it not die, it hurts as they syringe your gums to not have pain.
My front tooth chipped and I took a very small file and gently evened it out. Luckily nothing bad happened and my teeth still look even now. No breaks, No break down of enamel.
My stupid doctor did this to my tooth when i was a little girl this enameloplasty and he polish a lot of my beautiful vampire two teeth and i still suffering from it when i drink hot and cold drinks
Dentist here, The central incisors should be a tad bit longer than the lateral incisors. If they are the same length it prematurely ages the dentition. I've had patients want me to buzz off the centrals and flatten the incisal edges. No, it will age your smile and I show photos. I'm a pediatric dentist so we're talking teens.
The only time I ever filed my tooth was after your first video saying not to, but it was because I came home after a filling and the dentist left a point just sharp enough that it was kinda stabbing my tongue and bugging me. So I gently filed that point but I kept touching my tongue to it to make sure I only did what I felt was absolutely necessary, and it probably was like a millimeter of a millimeter that I filed off, not at all like this guy!
The sander device i forgot what its called but you said it anyways it sucked i hated the smell of metal and tooth dust and the feeling sucked didnt hurt but i didnt like it and my teeth just go back to looking like im a vampire
I have an intrusive though of someone doing this to me wtf nooooo! Every time I get my teeth cleaned I get chills because I think of it. I told my dentist and his assistant and they looked at me like I was crazy 😂😭
I did this once when I was ADHD bored but I didn't put any actual pressure on it so nothing came of it cuz like I understood how teeth worked!!! My implosive thoughts where like "do it... do it"... But it felt weird so I also didn't do it that long... Hehehe
I could break my toes with how hard i curled them watching him file his teeth
Same 😭😭😭😭 i could imagine the pain on the level of a tooth needing a root canal if he reached the pulp
🤣😂😂😂 curling your toes until they break is so funny
😂😂😂😂
That was me when he started talking about sanding down the "pulp" 🤢 of the tooth. I literally shuddered so hard I pulled my neck muscle, and yes I know that means my neck muscles are weak.
LITERALLY ME RN 😭😭😭
just why 😭 watching this makes my teeth hurt
Exactly 😭😭😭
Fr
His teeth are not the worst thing in this video.
That steroid bicep looks real sus
Same 😭
No but fr I feel like my teeth would just break 🤓☝️
Life lesson: let experts handle your organs. If it takes 10 years to learn how to do something, you have NO business copying it at home.
I mean, yes, but it's not an organ.
@@DelphineDentonit is actually
Google it
@@DelphineDentonI was also skeptical so I looked it up. Teeth are considered ectodermal organs! The more you know lol
Well said
If the dentist won't do it for you, then theres a gold reason not to do it yourself.
Why the fuck would he file it instead of just getting his other tooth built up longer to match? 🙄🤦🏽♀️
I was asking that myself but then remembered the cost for that ...
@@hihoi7963For the long term damage this could cause it's best just to save money and get the professionals to do it.
Do you mean getting the other tooth bonded?
Stop with your logic!!! It doesn’t belong on the TikToks. 😂
My dentist told me they could fix my tooth by doing this "bonding." It fell off the next day after I ate. Shaving the other down is just foolishness, though.
not to mention, hitting the pulp likely hurts like the fire of a million suns
Or as I like to say, the wrath of a thousand demons.
No idea when or where I came up with that, but I’ve been using it a while
Bro ruined his teeth for life…😫
The amount of oil in his bicep🤦
Usa going to invade that bicep soon
That looks painful as hell😢😢
Is his brain in his teeth?
No

"Dentist wouldn't file my teeth" HM. WONDER WHY A PROFESSIONAL WOULD TELL ME *NO* BETTER GO DO IT ANYWAYS
“PUHHHHHH” never gets old 😂
Hateeeee to feel how hot and cold would feel on his teeth🥵🥶😬😬😬😬😬
Man won’t inhale without pain ever again.

That "puhhh" was a jumpscare. I thought this was a wholesome video..
Bro scared me with that "puhhhhh"😭😭

At some point you gotta put function over form.
His teeth are still crooked 😂
Was the wiggling while he was sawing on it?

As someone who had severe pain even when breathing because of exposed neves..this brought back a lot of ptsd

Was I the only one who saw his tooth coming out?
we should all just remember: if you dont think what your doing is smart, just dont do it. ESPECIALLY if it involves your teeth

You can actually build up the other tooth instead

Of course it’s possible to never have cavities. I turned 40 last week yet never ever had a cavity.
If you stay away from carbs and sweets and such and just eat salads and other foods that promote oral health, you can get away from brushing.
Just to make you cope if you have this kind of teeth. As an artist, i love drawing these kinds of smiles, uneven or not simetrical things are my faves to draw and i think they are beautiful
