Conflict happened because Armenia didn't pull back their armed equipment and staff out of Azerbaijan territory and dragged the process on for months despite the agreements of 2020. Now 1 day after Azerbaijan launches an operation Armenians are like "Okay okay we understood we will pull military equipment out".
There was no staff from the Armenian Armed Forces. The armed forces in Nagorno-Karabakh are merely the self-defense forces of the Artsakh Defense Army who are entitled to self-defense under international law considering the genocidal intentions of Azerbaijan against its inhabitants.

Bolsheviks come and Stalin in 1920 yanks two big territories left and right of Armenia (Nagorno-Karabagh and Nakhichevan) and creates a new republic called Azerbaijan. 3. Soviet Union collapses and Armenians ( majority in karabagh) want to reunite with motherland Armenia. 4. Karabagh, Azerbaijan claims is his, then this phrase “internationally recognized “ as part of Azerbaijan. Who are these internationally recognized entities? Why these “internationals” didn’t recognize as part of Armenia since Stalin-Frankenstein is dead and there is no more USSR?

Not every Armenian leaving the enclave at Karabakh, only those who stole the properties or the structures owned by the Azari , because they know that their original owners coming back with the paper work to claim what they owned before Armenia invaded the region 35 years ago and Armenians moved in from mother land Armenia to occupy their properties. Armenians in 1990 reoccupied what was theirs originally, their historical and ancestral land, Karabagh, which was given to the Azeriez by Soviets in the 1920s just like Nahcevan was.
There was no "blockade" in Lachin border: Armenian civilians were able to pass freely in both directions. What was "blocked" is carrying mines and other weapons to Karabakh by Armenians and Russian "peacekeepers".
