But it wasn't like goku wishing for immortality and dying only to ressurect end up with Zekias till he was strong enough to blitz the enemy. Krillin still had to train hard to get stronger. And he had a form more insentivized to it. TLDR: He has to train still to get stronger. He didn't just wish to be the strongest like Granola or lord Slug.
So what did we learn from this timeline 1. The Kaiocannon could have been improved to fix the problems it had 2. Android 16 could have been the terminator if his programming got affected somehow 3.Krillen may not have been Sayin originally but certainly earned it as time went on. Getting Raditz and eventually Vegetas respect was proof of that. 4. If you take a shortcut in life you must be aware of the consequences of them. Krillen learned this that hard way in the Sayin Saga and the Supreme Kai certainly did 5. Maron has crazy amounts of potential being a third Android third human and a third Sayin. Just hope the Kai’s don’t discover that part of her

Maybe for the Cooler What-if, Cooler himself restores the rest of his body while Kikono pulls a General Magnet of betraying the current emperor and gets Mecha-Frieza revived and fused with the Big Gete Star instead.
Kinda hate that it was never discussed how Roshi is entirely to blame for all this since he suggested all this while trying to blow off hs own student. There could have been some great moments in there if that were brought up.

Almost all the power increases in the show are cheated in a sense. Zenkai boosts are cheats. The hyperbolic time chamber is cheating. Unlocking potential is cheating. The divine water was cheating when Goku used it, guru was cheats for Gohan and krillin. Cell had built in cheats to just absorb two peeps and be the strongest in the universe. Even super saiyan god was a cheat. Had to do something other than training to gain massive power. At this point when character spout nonsense like that I take it as the writers not being self aware of the content they’ve made for decades. In super the hyperbolic time chamber was improved just so characters could get easy power ups. Frieza is born with mad potential, which could be considered unfair. But he trained for all the power he gained after namek. Frieza might be one of the only few who truly didn’t have to cheat. He was just built different.
I do like these videos but I feel having them compiled like this only makes the moments of previous hinted ideas being brushed aside to hurry the plot along more jarring. Going from Pui Pui to Yakon, having Vegeta complain about wanting to really test his power on the next opponent, only to hurry it passed that by having Goku do the same thing is a bit disappointing. A similar thing happened in an older What If where thebidea of Yamcha and Bulma remaining together with flirted with but by the next part it was forgotten and substituted for the normal Vegeta and Bulma relationship.

I'm wondering about it too. He heavily hinted that we were going to explore Maron's potential earlier on, but we never got to see any of it. Of course, he hinted at a lot of things that would require the story going into Super that we probably aren't going to get.
Kind of a dumb end that the Grand Priest would care about one little mortal changing their species and basically undoing the point of this what if by turning Krillin back into a human. Liked this whole what if until the very end.

After rewatching GT, I've been wondering if Pan should get her own transformation, but instead of a super Saiyan, it would be human. Her eyes would turn a dark shade of blue, her clothes would turn black, and her aura would mix her eye color with violet for a more imposing look. It'd be Devil May Cry levels of awesome.

Still not a fan of the conclusion (Mainly in how the Buu Saga was resolved) but not every story needs to stretch into Super. The journey up until the end was pretty great 🙂

I just got to the last section, and I have been thoroughly enjoying the story and am still looking forward to this last section, but I definitely do not think of the supreme Kai would have taken Majin Buu to her. For all of his flaws, protecting the universe from boo was one of his primary concerns and he would have sacrificed himself to do that.
How about some "what if so and so turned evil?" Some darker Dragon Ball scenarios. Like "What if Gohan was evil?" Or "What if Goku never hit his head?"

Babidi using his magic to trick the heroes into thinking that they are fighting Dabura brings back memories to that one episode of Power Rangers Ninja Storm where the 3 Ninja Storm Rangers and 2 Thunder Storm Rangers having their powers drained thought they were attacking a monster which turned out was one of their fellow team members. I love the story though it was a shame that Krillin had to be turned back into a human, I'm still to this day confused on how did Marron went from a kid with no nose to a teen with a nose, did she grow one when she went through puberty or did they wish to give her a nose. To the people complaining about that how Krillin can't become a Saiyan must have missed the whole point of a what-if and the Multiverse, you can do practically anything you want in it, heck we've had countless stories on UA-cam of Raditz turning Good, heck Salad Saiyan made Raditz into a biker in some of his stories so yeah, people shouldn't complain how a character is doing things that their original version wouldn't do since remember it is a what-if

I love the story though it was a shame that Krillin had to be turned back into a human, I'm still to this day confused on how did Marron went from a kid with no nose to a teen with a nose, did she grow one when she went through puberty or did they wish to give her a nose.
To the people complaining about that how Krillin can't become a Saiyan must have missed the whole point of a what-if and the Multiverse, you can do practically anything you want in it, heck we've had countless stories on UA-cam of Raditz turning Good, heck Salad Saiyan made Raditz into a biker in some of his stories so yeah, people shouldn't complain how a character is doing things that their original version wouldn't do since remember it is a what-if
I swear there's a What-If story where Krillin gets his own "super-human" form.
I know that Salad Saiyan did a story on what if the Z Fighters grew like Saiyans and Yamcha ended up getting a transformation that turned him into a werewolf

I have never felt this horrendously bad for a non canon fan fiction character, he got super saiyan then got robbed so hard in the end! Krillin deserved that power, i may not be a DBZ fan and watched all of dbz, but that ending and robbery hits my chest mentally, harder than majin buu's punch when he was angry and returned a 2nd time, i also wish goku didn't interrupt when majin buu was finnally calming down, it hits my chest mentally hard, god dang the mc! Lazuli and Krillin could have gotten majin buu as their 2nd kid!!!! It's these dang supreme kais man!!!! They're corrupt as hell!!!! I really wanted krillin to go super saiyan 2 and then 3 aswell!!!! He maybe could've gotten super saiyan 2 against the angry buu and got him back!!!!! Then he could've gotten super saiyan 3 against broly or in the tournament of power or against the supreme kais!!!!! Then maybe his final transformation could've been BEAST KRILLIN!!!!! Maybe because of BEAST KRILLIN we finnally get to see Zeno fight for once!!!! We could've gotten BEAST KRILLIN VS ZENO!!!!! But some damn corrupt supreme kai said "SAY SIKE RIGHT NOW" and took away krillin's powers!!!!!!! I also want tien to become a super saiyan aswell ngl, but dang that ending hurts me like hell even though i don't watch dbz alot!

I think it would be funny if krillins great ape was shorter than Vegeta's and vegeta makes a remark about how krillin was wrong about his height.
