I saw a podcast with Wim, and was intrigued, I started ending my showers with going as cold as I could handle, It was strange at first getting out of the shower and felling warm instead of cold, also I felt light headed at first, I felt though after like energised, but also with a clear head and sense of calmness, strange I've recommended this to people, but nobody has taken my advoce, socne then I've downloaded the WH app, and been doing the breathing excercise most mornings, the very first time I did and and held my breathe after exhaling which is usually counter productive to holding your breathe as we think of tge traditional way to hold your breathe as breathing in, but I was astounded tge first time I tried, as I had a strange feeling of not needing to breathe, it almost made me laugh,, also On another breathing excersies I felt like I was vibrating inside, I think it's normal.. but anyway. I can't imagine not doing and exploring the Wim Hoff way, and the best of it is this is just the stsrt of this journey.... oh and my lazy spa in tge garden, that'll be getting filled with ice too, once I've took the showers as far as I can.

Yup. He was going to meet his son in a park in Amsterdam. Wim thought it was a good idea to clean his insides by sitting on the fountain in the pond while he was waiting. He underestimated the water pressure, with a intestinal perforation as a result

I used to really respect Wim (even paid for his app). Revelations are coming out about his abuse of his ex-wife and son. Keep an eye on that.
@@lhopi Yeah I'm amazed this news hasn't spread that much apparently. I mean, it's also not like these revelations are recent. It's been a long time since. The more recent stuff only adds to that. I've been following Wim for years and years. Since around 2015 I believe but really got into their practices around 2017. I was quite shocked when I read the news last week.
What are you even talking about you judge before a court does. Idc about unproven allegations. Get a Life.
