  • If you or a friend has experienced miscarriage, still birth or the loss of a baby, you may be encouraged as you hear my friend Amy's story. She is so real, authentic and sincere in describing the pain and devastation of her loss. However, she also gives hope by sharing how God is always faithful to turn our ashes into something beautiful. We know this is a topic that isn't talked about much, so it is our prayer that you find comfort in knowing that you are not alone in walking through this kind of loss.
Since filming this interview, Andrew and Amy started their own UA-cam channel, Live Intentional!

Such truth here. I had a baby born still at 42 weeks. Things I learned during that time was more moms have dealt with this than we know, no one really knows what to say, and we momma's love to hear our baby's name even after they are gone. Thank you for sharing this video! 💖

Oh Amy, I did know not about this. I'm sorry you and Andrew had to experience it. Thank you for being open to sharing your story. Although I have never experienced it myself, I feel as this has helped to know how to walk beside others that may have or will one day. Thank you for opening these doors, Shirley!

I lost my 4th in March 2017, and you're right, it's just not spoken of. My baby was born safe in the arms of God. I'm so thankful to be holding our 5th child (4th on Earth), be our Rainbow Baby! Thank you for sharing about this!

I know you had this long ago, but I still consider commenting because I had the same situation six months ago. Worst is that we don't have any idea that our baby was like that until delivery. My polyhydramnios was the reason doctors see why that happened. Our(Amy) situation is rare that's why it's really important to have a support system. The reason why I came across this video is that Im assuming there's another one in my whomb. I felt relieved after watching this video. God bless this channel more and your family.

Thank you for sharing how hard it was for you to walk away after the funeral. After losing Noah, I felt like I was leaving a part of me behind. It was confusing and unexpected. I knew he was healed and whole in heaven but it was still so hard to go.

I had the exact thing but I lasted for 32 weeks nearly full term. It’s been 3 months since I had my daughter and I still feel guilty that I didn’t hold her because of the shock. I gave birth naturally and I thank god that i was able to. I’m currently trying again with my husband and I might be with child right now.

Omg, this is exactly what I’ve just gone through. Found out at 13 weeks that one of our twins is healthy and the other had hydrops. Then at 16 and a half week ultrasound we saw that the heart had stopped beating 😭 Because we have one healthy baby still in there our baby who has passed away just stays there until delivery which is a difficult thought, The waiting between 13 to 16 weeks was excruciating. I’m 18 weeks now and trying to be positive and focus on the healthy baby I still have growing, thank you for sharing your story I feel less alone 💕💕

I am going through this now and I honestly have no idea what to do. I’m 26 weeks and she has non immune hydrops with the fluid barrier on her back and inside her abdomen. Every ultrasound is still the same but she is still kicking. So, I would like to know who else is going through it and their baby made it through even after birth? Because I’m scared when delivery comes.
