And he could turn to his new spokesmodel, Karoline Leavitt, who thinks one word is pronounced "Hench MAN" and another "dammaning" and I swear she is the reincarnation of that Miss Teen contestant from 2007 ("I believe that our education like such as in South Africa and the Iraq everywhere like such as and I believe that they should our education over here in the US...")

No, Keith, the Arizona legislature did not "pass " the 1864 abortion ban. It was never "passed " because there was in 1864 no Arizona legislature in existence to "pass " anything. Arizona was still a territory governed by an unelected bureaucrat who simply enacted the ban by decree. Which makes it all the more absurd that it would be reaffirmed by the Arizona Supreme Court.
