Love these so much, that I can’t tell if I’ve commented previously. I live using weights because of PJ. I was using the wrong exercises previously for 20-30 year olds (as I used to when younger). Slight soreness for next few days and my appetite had increased by 200%, whether walking, doing the bike or weights. These are different and allowing me to continue for the last few months. ❤❤❤ PJ thank you - on repeat.

I'm so pleased to have found you - these are the first workouts that I've found which are neither too easy nor too difficult for me to do. I also appreciate not having music thumping in the background or squealing and hollering as I'm hearing impaired. This was my third workout and I don't know if I'll accomplish my bone density goal, but I definitely feel good so I feel you're easily worth the Patreon $!

We went on vacation and I had to switch to body weight and band workouts, so I’m still working on finishing this challenge, but this is by far my favorite challenge I have done with you yet, and I do love all of the others! 4 more days, but I will complete it.

I liked this a lot. Small whine. I found your pre exercise stretch hard to follow. I really like previews, so that I have an inkling of what to do. When down on the mat, it’s sometimes hard to follow! i balance my iPad on a music stand and it’s up and down and up and down…. I like hearing talking advice of what to do. And also what not to do. Good job. I’m 67 by the way, and I seriously believe in exercise. ❤

This was fantastic as always everything worked on in this In truth I had to mix from my heavy to moderate which is 15pounds like yours the squat however had to go moderate simple because of my low back I think this is how I hurt it with the heavies before....... Day 24 done! OMG PJ my muscles are shaking! I don't usually use 15's for the crush press and bicep curls, but I started with them and I stuck with them! These no repeats go by so fast though, it makes it easier to push myself to go heavier :) Love your shirt by the way (and I would just add More Cats too LOL). Thanks for a great workout PJ! Hard to believe there's just 4 days left of the challenge!
Hi PJ. I just found you last week. I am a cardio queen lol I love step aerobics but I know I need to add more strength training back into my life. You got this! I recommend increasing 5-10%. Your larger muscles you will be able to go up 10%, the smaller ones (shoulders, arms) 5%.
