    That was fast and fun…. was a little worried when you said 20 exercises and next thing I knew it was over! I’m really proud of myself doing this challenge and ever grateful to the FWPJ team! I’m Unstoppable! 😜💪

    Love these so much, that I can’t tell if I’ve commented previously. I live using weights because of PJ. I was using the wrong exercises previously for 20-30 year olds (as I used to when younger). Slight soreness for next few days and my appetite had increased by 200%, whether walking, doing the bike or weights. These are different and allowing me to continue for the last few months. ❤❤❤ PJ thank you - on repeat.

    I’m so proud of myself, I did the whole workout with 6kg, even the biceps and they were hard! I’m off to order some 7kg weights, I never thought I’d be lifting that heavy, thanks PJ!

    I'm so pleased to have found you - these are the first workouts that I've found which are neither too easy nor too difficult for me to do. I also appreciate not having music thumping in the background or squealing and hollering as I'm hearing impaired. This was my third workout and I don't know if I'll accomplish my bone density goal, but I definitely feel good so I feel you're easily worth the Patreon $!

    Great workout! I pushed myself with 20# for the goblet squats and deadlifts, and 15# for the rest - even the curls! Got it done! ✅

    We went on vacation and I had to switch to body weight and band workouts, so I’m still working on finishing this challenge, but this is by far my favorite challenge I have done with you yet, and I do love all of the others! 4 more days, but I will complete it.

    I liked this a lot. Small whine. I found your pre exercise stretch hard to follow. I really like previews, so that I have an inkling of what to do. When down on the mat, it’s sometimes hard to follow! i balance my iPad on a music stand and it’s up and down and up and down…. I like hearing talking advice of what to do. And also what not to do. Good job. I’m 67 by the way, and I seriously believe in exercise. ❤

    Thanks PJ? Have been your Paterson for over a year and can see my improvement. Can try 10kg for Squat and proton row, 9kg for bridge,8kg for deadlift, 7kg for crush press and the rest of the exercise.

    Root the glut. Love it!! This one was almost as sweaty as yesterday. I am going to have to increase my weights pretty soon. Do we do it in increments of 2 pounds? Thank you again and everyone have a great weekend

      You got this! I recommend increasing 5-10%. Your larger muscles you will be able to go up 10%, the smaller ones (shoulders, arms) 5%.

    This was fantastic as always everything worked on in this
    In truth I had to mix from my heavy to moderate which is 15pounds like yours the squat however had to go moderate simple because of my low back I think this is how I hurt it with the heavies before.......
    Anyway I loved this got the sweat on breathing heavy

    wow, just so grateful! crazy that we have exercised for 24 days straight... consistency is the secret and because you make it so fun, interesting, and productive it is such a great feeling to invest ourselves in that consistency. thank you, thank you for all the many hours it must have taken to put together this truly epic challenge!!

    Day 24 done! OMG PJ my muscles are shaking! I don't usually use 15's for the crush press and bicep curls, but I started with them and I stuck with them! These no repeats go by so fast though, it makes it easier to push myself to go heavier :) Love your shirt by the way (and I would just add More Cats too LOL). Thanks for a great workout PJ! Hard to believe there's just 4 days left of the challenge!

    Hi PJ. I just found you last week. I am a cardio queen lol I love step aerobics but I know I need to add more strength training back into my life. Last week I did 3 days of strength between my days of step. I already feel better just adding weights back in. Yesterday I did your HIIT. You have a new fan🙂 thank you🙂

    I have done this twice on different days and love this workout! I already feel much stronger. I find the warmups are harder than the workout itself. Weird huh?!? I don’t know why. Thank you for these awesome videos!!! I can see my former body in my vision haha!

    Treat that it was no repeat....I'm stepping up my weights and was touch and go there for a little bit but I did not step down. Thanks for remembering to let us know which exercise to set our watches to. If only I can remember to "stop" the workout on my watch would be great! LOL
