Hi steve,Katherine and Zac, we have a vango hex on our seasonal and we love ours easy to put up and very spacious, but be carefull in the wind, don't unpeg it just let it down then when wind stops just blow back up! Vango do do a carpet that fits it perfectly but they are about £80 all the best Dave and Bonita

Well chuffed a great find...... yes when I was an apprentice we all got sent for tartan paint. Sparks for the grinder. A bubble for the spirit level... a long wait................. but when I was out of my time I did the same to the others..... sky hooks were always great....

Great Vlog. Enjoyed the look of the new awning. Looks like Boo has made himself comfortable in it. As an aside, when I was a projectionist back in the 1950's we used to send the newbies to one of the other Cinemas to fetch a "!Film Stretcher". This was to stretch the film to extend the running time of the programme.

We have the exact same awning! Same issues with proximity to our van too. When you get it close enough, the roof is a bit baggy. We roll up the excess and clamp it with clips. Also, it helps to attach the groundsheet before blowing up the legs fully. The clips are quite stiff and hard to attach when it’s fully inflated.

We would call that a screen room here in the US. An awning is what sticks straight out from the camper and you sit under it. Good buy. Zak looked really happy to help.

We had a vango awning when we had our MH, your correct Steve there are two straps that go over the roof of the MH, quick tip we acquired two solid balls, screwed hooks into them then attached the straps, hey presto just throw the balls over the roof with attached straps, makeS life a little easier, I think you'll find the porch will then fit more snuggled to your MH. Looks like a great little site you're on, definitely look happy with your new awning and a great bargin 😊

I was there a few days ago but just the other side of the marquee
Maybe same time as us, we were there over bank holiday there were 2 vans and a caravan other side of the marquee
they are alright if you are staying put but no good for touring we use a kitchen tent but only for winter in spain for 2 months on a site

if you are going to put the air awning through your vans awning cable tie the ends of your van awning together, the air awnings have a habit of pulling the vans awning out.
