      Thanks mate. We do this multiple times a year for various reasons. Pre brumation, substrate changes, quarantine and breeding. It’s so much easier than dealing with a biblical level plague. 😂

    I highly recommend Taurrus LIVE Biological Mite treatment if you have mites

      What is that exactly? Introducing another mite to the enclosure with the snake mites???

      @@ethansevier263 yes predatory mites that eat the other mites then die off after all mites and eggs have been eaten

    do you need to do this with sand?

      Sand is a very bad substrate to use because it can cause impactions, so now would be a great time to switch to something else. You might want to consider a bioactive setup.

    Hi there can i use the Mac reptile mite insecticide spray on the substrate too? After I use it on the blue tongue ?

      Yes you can use MacMite. We just prefer callington enclosure spray for the substrate.

    my poor blue tongued baby is infested with mites, i cleaned everything of hers and soaked her in warm water. is there anything else i could do??
