Hamilton once complained about showing driving lines and data to his teammate. His point was that if he does his homework, studies the race track and get a good feel of the fastest way around, why should someone who hasn’t figured it out themselves get the benefit of his hard work? I think Hamilton hides his speed during FP, only improves one sector each lap and sows them up on Q3. . .just my speculation
I somehow agree with your speculation. I can vaguely remember during Lewis vs Nico era where they weren't sharing data with each other, which leads me to think Lewis really isn't showing his true quali pace. After all, he didn't get the top qualifying driver without pure pace
But folks say he has a better car than the rest’ you notice when he goes on track there’s a mad dash to follow his lines, he is just super talented and at this point in his racing career he has amassed some good knowledge
Tommorow: It's Lights out and away we go...Hamilton gets away well........Lewis Hamilton gets his 90th win in formula 1!! That's all the race is gonna be. Edit: well then.
I really hope it's not that. This track isn't as forgiving as most modern tracks with big runoff areas and escape routes. If Hamilton puts a foot wrong and ends up beached in the gravel, there's no clawing his way back to 7th like last week. I'm hoping this track creates another exciting race.

@@louiswhite4909 The only reason Hamilton wins every race is because he has the best car on the grid. You hand Hamilton a McLaren or a Renault, and you'll see how good he really is.

His race pace has usually been better than qualy.. but I think they'll have tire issues with him.
Very nice? He's half a sec away from his teammate just like in previous gp's. Only difference is that Red Bull is almost as fast as Merc here so he's able to qualify P4 instead of P10. Leclerc in that shitbox is closer to Albon than Albon is to Verstappen.
It's really unfair that everyone wants to see Albon fail when he didn't do anything wrong and he's a nice guy. It's because everyone feels for Gasly after Horner backstabbed him on Drive to Survive. It's like when you get dumped so you hope her next boyfriend is a complete twat so you can say, "See, you screwed up! I was the better for you." That's why watching Gasly win Monza felt like seeing your mate score with a super model while his ex was at the pub with her new bf watching him walk out with her.

Hamilton is just playing with the others. He does almost always find a few tenths in quali
Yep lol at this moment it feels like Hamilton is just toying with his teammate in Quali, and lets him beat once a while when he feels remorseful
When they figure out how Hamilton is wired , they rest will start making progress - when he retires and starts an F1 driver academy!
Can Ferrari please run that Livery for the rest of the year it’s so sexy

You said that week ago and see what happened 😂
I really hope it's not that. This track isn't as forgiving as most modern tracks with big runoff areas and escape routes. If Hamilton puts a foot wrong and ends up beached in the gravel, there's no clawing his way back to 7th like last week. I'm hoping this track creates another exciting race.
Hopefully Kevin Mag will stop his car in front of the pit entry again 🙏🙏 Please Kevin!! Do it for the boyss!!!

Well of course he is. Perez is a much better driver
Stroll is NOT a bad driver, that's just effectively an internet meme, he has faired pretty good against a veteran and super consistent driver like Perez. But that yellow flag messed everything up this particular session. Overall Perez might have the edge, but give Stroll some time to develop and I think he'll become a great consistent driver as well.
@@JoshChristiane The thing is Stroll got chances in F1 to learn from bad performances, while everyone else has to perfect themselves in the feeder series. So for others, 1 bad years means you get the boot. Hasnt been the case with Stroll.

What a sad fantasy you have. Lewis serves penalty last race from a 12 sec lead. Bottas can’t overtake anyone. Lewis catches the pack over takes every car until there were no more laps! What F1 are you watching?
@@louiswhite4909 The only reason Hamilton wins every race is because he has the best car on the grid. You can hand someone like Charles Leclerc or Alexander Albon Hamilton's car, and you see where they end up. Bottas has the #2 car, and is always restricted from overtaking Hamilton. You hand Hamilton a McLaren or a Renault, and you'll see how good he really is.
