Their should be a law about dragging it out the longer the insurance companies drag it out the more it cost them
This a good hearted lawyer. I like how he helped that lady with nerve damage
I’d rather take the crooked insurance company to court than let them get away with lowballing me on payment for significant injuries. Even if I never get a dime, the insurance company is also having to fork out money for attorneys and spend time on the case. Sue the heck out of them...and then, Hopefully, the insurance company, when they lose a chuck of money in court, will go after the lowlife driver who only carried the minimum insurance and ran all over people on the road.

What happens when a drunk driver kills someone?
I was T boned by a drunk driver, and it was a hit and run. The police caught the guy, thank God. And the person had insurance, as did I. I was taken to the ER for back pain and have been in Physical Therapy for about 3 months. About 12-15 sessions. My medical bills have been about $6000. I can perform my exercises but have been told not to jog or run yet. I used to go to the gym 3-4 a week. I can't lift heavy anymore or jog. How much do you think I will get?

To many factors still to have a amount You should be hiring a lawyer in your country/state as diffrent laws apply to each state And country They will look at your case And factor in the costs of pain and suffering And future care But also look at other items ..A few cases for example like yours One injured party was not wearing a seat belt And that was added to the less amount of claim Not all cases go to court And injury settlements are offered Other factors are Age, Job (not working low wage person to High wage active many years job) Doctors report of injury If you followed up on all medical advice Was there a surgury or not. Scaring Future surgury Home care. Did you use to run/jog in events Proof of membership dated before the hit and run ..hold on to your bills and costs Find out of you can hire a lawyer under You pay if you win As to upfront money ..hope it helps

How much did you end up getting? I had a similar case but have had about 50 appointments so far…they wanted to close at 17,000 k but I would only receive about 1/3 which is ridiculous…I still have back pain and am going to physical therapy now. I had 40 appointments with a chiropractor and that did not help so now I’m doing physical therapy. They’re saying the max they can pay out is 25k I believe I deserve the max amount. Anything more we’d have to go to court which I doubt an attorney would want to do…
@@michaelvega3669 They paid $88,000, attorney took $38,000 that includes medical bills. I walked away with $50,000 in my pocket. I was surprised by the payout.
