This is why i dont use data book info in feats cause it gets messy, most of those feats aren’t shown in naruto/boruto only referred too( similar too whitebeard destroying the world quote) and you downplayed alot of one piece feats. Not once did you use kizaru in speed feats when hes made out of light. Even when you brought up whitebeard you used his feats from when he was old and dying and never calculated it to his prime. And if naruto durability is scaled to moon level then how is he able to take attacks from luffy who scales higher than that?
Naruto at this point in the series is far beyond moon level remember naruto fought toneri when he was 18-20 naruto in boruto is in his mid to late 40s and naruto as a 17 year with freshly awaken 6psm was able react to lightspeed attacks also luffy has never been anywhere close to moon level
I think it’s fine to use data book information, just don’t start creating a web of cross references and end up with a far bigger answer. (Also when and where was the Raikage shown to be FTL cause last I checked he was lightning speed without Onoki’s lightening Jutsu)

Like how ostutsuki is said to be able to destroy planets in the databook but all they do is absorb all life from a planet which are two different things. So i go based off whats canon and shown.

The only reason top tiers are able to destroy planets and stars is because of energy attacks (rasengan, etc) - I’d like to see them try with physical attacks. Physically the One Piece verse is one of the strongest.
With physical attacks Naruto would still be stronger. As a base Naruto 1 tapped Toneri. The same Toneri stated to be stronger than Kaguya who was planetary and star feats. Which Toneri would have the same durability as his Ap. With Sasuke being stated to be stronger than that Naruto at the time. High tiers in Naruto are still physically stronger
I mean, does it really matter? Sure, Luffy might punch harder than Naruto, but there really aren't any rules in a fight. Even Luffy understands that, as he never complained when his opponents fought unfairly. So if Naruto wants to use Rasengans, then he should be allowed to use Rasengans. And Haki can be used the same way anyway. The characters use Haki to augment their attacks. So without Haki, Luffy wouldn't be blowing up islands or clashing with Emperors. It's just that most fighters in OP use their energy (aka Haki) for short range attacks by coating their fists or weapons with it. It's only recently that Haki has been used for longer range, like for the Divine Departure or the Galaxy Impact.

Kaido calling Big Mom pathetic doesn't mean much. Big Mom also insulted Kaido too that is their relationship. It is like seeing Zoro/Sanji or King/Queen calling each other weak then saying there is a huge power gap between the two. Also, the yonkos are narratively implied to be the same power level. Shanks fought and tied with Kaido before coming to Marineford. This is the same Shanks that clashed with whitebeard. They really implied that they were on the same level.

Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t being able to dodge a light speed attack even with precognition still mean you can move faster or at least equal to light. Even if you know an attack is coming you still need to move your body fast enough to get out of the way. If you told someone you were going to shoot them in 5 seconds and that they needed to dodge, it would still be impossible for them to dodge the bullet.

Kinshiki can split worlds too...and we believe him despite no one pulling a legend planetary feat in naruto at the time we heard about Toneri and such.
There's a few problems though like Fifth Gear also includes toon force. Also if Luffy defeats Admiral Kizaru, he could be argue to be both faster in overall movements as well as reflexes than Naruto. Not to mention, Haki held many advantages as proven in Sanji vs Rock Lee episode. This is obviously going to be an even crazier fight. Luffy constantly defeated stronger villains in his series. Sure some of them he loss to a few times. The point is this guy doesn't know when to give up. His devil fruit was described by the Five Elders to be the most ridiculous power in the world. This by itself gives Luffy many advantages too. Naruto may scale higher in stats but Fifth Gear with his mastery of Haki and greater willpower ultimate win him this fight.
Toon force is just an excuse to try to make Luffy sound stronger, giving him “toon force” does not scale him anywhere as it is only a fan made label made to explain cartoon characters abilities, therefore it’s irrelevant

my only problem with gear 5 is since he can do anything . this will easily ruin the story. if he could do anything . that means that the story doesnt matter and everything in front of his story will be a piece a cake. i have a feeling oda is either gonna change up what he means on "anything" or will make someone that has a direct counter on his ability.
After the 1st 30 seconds of the video, your bias and misunderstanding of the series were so obvious, that I didn’t even bother watching past that point. First, it’s not Sengoku who stated that Whitebeared is planetary but it’s Oda who did using Sengoku as a narrating tool. What many people like you seem to misunderstand that the only way an author could convey the power of some characters is only via statements, that’s why he’s having someone like Sengoku (who’s not only wise, but an authority in the verse) to say it so the readers would get a better grasp of the power that certain characters hold, without the author having to destroy the world in this case and the story along with it. Moreover that isn’t special to one piece as many other authors across media use the same technique, like for an instance in DBverse, where Toriyama and Toyotaru had the narrator and the old supreme kai explain in Goku’s fist clash with Beerus that a third hit would destroy the universe 7 macrocasm. Another point in regards to that is that if you understand how earthquakes influence the world and that a stream of those would rip a planet apart, as a quake man that’s exactly what whitebeared can do. Second it was stated in the series that the four original emperors held similar power and territory as they kept each other in check so that none of them would gain superiority and don’t forget that the world government the same organization that wasn’t afraid of executing Whitebeard’s 2nd commander and adopted son was actually terrified of Kaido’s and Big Mom’s alliance. So people aren’t using the “Yonko level” (which in my opinion is an idiotic way to measure power) as the reason for why Kaido is relative to Whitebeared but an actual statements from the series, Btw Kaido would decimate MF Whitebeared in a 1vs1. Here we go more things you forgot, the one piece earth is way bigger then our own, it’s more like between the size of a dwarf star and a star (around Jupiter size), where islands like alabaster are the size of continents on our earth. So a planetary Whitebeared is actually around the star level and since Kaido is relative to him in strength that would make him around the same power or stronger and by scaling Gear 5 Luffy as well. Another layer to any "vs" argument when considering One Piece: The power floor where One Piece scaling *starts* is busted. Even the "average" person in One Piece is head and shoulders above their counterparts in almost any other world by virtue of having more life force and living on what can technically (read: easily) be considered a death world. Call it the fantasy version of evolution if you want, but you can barely call most "humans" in One Piece by that term. They're *all* some flavor of monster. It's just a question of how much.

Not sure if this is really a factor or not, but with both having precognition, and especially with Luffys future sight, since he’s slower so it would be more impactful for him to have, how much can FTL really matter if you’re able to tell what’s going to happen well beforehand. If they’re both even just at relativistic speeds, 3 seconds feels like forever, so seeing that far ahead would negate (most of) the advantage? Would it not? I may be misunderstanding but it seems like that would be impactful and really cut down on atleast one aspect of Naruto’s advantage?

In my opinion, I think Luffy in Gear 5 beats Naruto. This is because Naruto can only hold that form for so long, while Luffy has shown pretty good mastery over it. In terms of speed, Naruto might have the edge, but in terms of power, or just fighting capabilities in general luffy has the better arsenal. Naruto, isn't like naruto from naruto shippuden, he is much softer now (imp) he wouldn't really use all of the big hitting attacks, like he does it naruto shippuden. Luffy also has really good arament haki, so if naruto were to get a hit in or 2 it wouldn't so as much damage.

Baryon Mode’s life drain is because it drains chakra from others on contact. It’s compared to nuclear fusion, but the effects are different, so there’s no solar radiation in his punches

In Naruto characters have limited control over justsu , weras in one piece there's full control and even beyond common sense. In one piece the concept of haki acts like a character power multiplied x10, x100 and more and the greatest multiplier is the mastery of the color of the supreme king. Its a concept parallel to sangoku kaoiken.

The databook entry on the Expansive Truth Seeking Orb says that it can reshape the world, not destroy it. This is backed by the Japanese databook entry on Amenominaka, which states that Kaguya can spin space freely and shift herself and others to a space of her choosing. Kaguya doesn’t have the power to create dimensions, but she does have the power to reshape them. Boruto has a habit of contradicting itself majorly. Momoshiki is stronger than Kaguya, but Momoshiki barely dodged an attack by the Mizukage during the Chuunin exams attack. But the Mizukage isn’t on Kaguya’s level. Baryon mode’s lifedrain aspect is stated to be because it absorbs the opponent’s chakra on contact. Luffy doesn’t have chakra, so he’d be immune to that. Luffy also has future sight, which counters the precognitive capabilities of Baryon Mode. Baryon mode Naruto can’t (or won’t) use jutsu because his chakra is being consumed in a way reminiscent of nuclear fusion. That means no clones and no rasenshuriken. That also means that he’s limited to using taijutsu, which you already stated that Luffy was immune to. Luffy’s speed is iffy until we see him fight Kizaru, but Kaido blitzing him can be explained as Kaido having better future sight, and Naruto’s speed is near light speed. Regardless of speed and reaction time, it comes down to one question. Can Naruto Baryon Mode actually damage Luffy? As a watcher of both... The first issue is speed; Naruto has power but not speed, moreover Naruto isn't as casual in the speed category as Luffy would be. Due to Gear 5's nature the fight can honestly go several ways depending on the variables. But yeah pre-time skip characters were already FTL, and it just gets crazier via timeskip. Let alone Luffy's stamina and such. So I say this fight is very very close. Moreover, Naruto character dimension feats are still iffy. It's similar to Bleach where it sits in that realm of can be argued but likely not and requires far more data and evidence to support. extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
Why is Naruto's speed not considered casual? They clearly depict Naruto blitzing past the Raikage. In the Forest of Death, show Sasuke dodging sound. A fatigued teen Kakashi cutting lightning, and demonstrate Naruto blitzing Sasuke with his active Sharingan in their first fight. Where is speed not portrayed casually? Sure, Luffy might punch harder than Naruto, but there really aren't any rules in a fight. Even Luffy understands that, as he never complained when his opponents fought unfairly. So if Naruto wants to use Rasengans, then he should be allowed to use Rasengans.
And Haki can be used the same way anyway. The characters use Haki to augment their attacks. So without Haki, Luffy wouldn't be blowing up islands or clashing with Emperors. It's just that most fighters in OP use their energy (aka Haki) for short range attacks by coating their fists or weapons with it. It's only recently that Haki has been used for longer range, like for the Divine Departure or the Galaxy Impact.

Kinshiki can split worlds too...and we believe him despite no one pulling a legend planetary feat in naruto at the time we heard about Toneri and such.
There's a few problems though like Fifth Gear also includes toon force. Also if Luffy defeats Admiral Kizaru, he could be argue to be both faster in overall movements as well as reflexes than Naruto. Not to mention, Haki held many advantages as proven in Sanji vs Rock Lee episode. This is obviously going to be an even crazier fight. Luffy constantly defeated stronger villains in his series. Sure some of them he loss to a few times. The point is this guy doesn't know when to give up. His devil fruit was described by the Five Elders to be the most ridiculous power in the world. This by itself gives Luffy many advantages too. Naruto may scale higher in stats but Fifth Gear with his mastery of Haki and greater willpower ultimate win him this fight.

What many people like you seem to misunderstand that the only way an author could convey the power of some characters is only via statements, that’s why he’s having someone like Sengoku (who’s not only wise, but an authority in the verse) to say it so the readers would get a better grasp of the power that certain characters hold, without the author having to destroy the world in this case and the story along with it.
Moreover that isn’t special to one piece as many other authors across media use the same technique, like for an instance in DBverse, where Toriyama and Toyotaru had the narrator and the old supreme kai explain in Goku’s fist clash with Beerus that a third hit would destroy the universe 7 macrocasm.
Another point in regards to that is that if you understand how earthquakes influence the world and that a stream of those would rip a planet apart, as a quake man that’s exactly what whitebeared can do.
Second it was stated in the series that the four original emperors held similar power and territory as they kept each other in check so that none of them would gain superiority and don’t forget that the world government the same organization that wasn’t afraid of executing Whitebeard’s 2nd commander and adopted son was actually terrified of Kaido’s and Big Mom’s alliance.

Another layer to any "vs" argument when considering One Piece:
The power floor where One Piece scaling *starts* is busted. Even the "average" person in One Piece is head and shoulders above their counterparts in almost any other world by virtue of having more life force and living on what can technically (read: easily) be considered a death world.
Call it the fantasy version of evolution if you want, but you can barely call most "humans" in One Piece by that term. They're *all* some flavor of monster. It's just a question of how much.

Not sure if this is really a factor or not, but with both having precognition, and especially with Luffys future sight, since he’s slower so it would be more impactful for him to have, how much can FTL really matter if you’re able to tell what’s going to happen well beforehand. If they’re both even just at relativistic speeds, 3 seconds feels like forever, so seeing that far ahead would negate (most of) the advantage? Would it not? I may be misunderstanding but it seems like that would be impactful and really cut down on atleast one aspect of Naruto’s advantage?

In my opinion, I think Luffy in Gear 5 beats Naruto. This is because Naruto can only hold that form for so long, while Luffy has shown pretty good mastery over it. In terms of speed, Naruto might have the edge, but in terms of power, or just fighting capabilities in general luffy has the better arsenal. Naruto, isn't like naruto from naruto shippuden, he is much softer now (imp) he wouldn't really use all of the big hitting attacks, like he does it naruto shippuden. Luffy also has really good arament haki, so if naruto were to get a hit in or 2 it wouldn't so as much damage.

This is backed by the Japanese databook entry on Amenominaka, which states that Kaguya can spin space freely and shift herself and others to a space of her choosing. Kaguya doesn’t have the power to create dimensions, but she does have the power to reshape them.
Boruto has a habit of contradicting itself majorly. Momoshiki is stronger than Kaguya, but Momoshiki barely dodged an attack by the Mizukage during the Chuunin exams attack. But the Mizukage isn’t on Kaguya’s level.
Baryon mode’s lifedrain aspect is stated to be because it absorbs the opponent’s chakra on contact. Luffy doesn’t have chakra, so he’d be immune to that. Luffy also has future sight, which counters the precognitive capabilities of Baryon Mode.
Baryon mode Naruto can’t (or won’t) use jutsu because his chakra is being consumed in a way reminiscent of nuclear fusion. That means no clones and no rasenshuriken. That also means that he’s limited to using taijutsu, which you already stated that Luffy was immune to.
Luffy’s speed is iffy until we see him fight Kizaru, but Kaido blitzing him can be explained as Kaido having better future sight, and Naruto’s speed is near light speed.
Regardless of speed and reaction time, it comes down to one question. Can Naruto Baryon Mode actually damage Luffy? Naruto can’t (or won’t) use Jutsu in Baryon Mode, and as you said previously, Luffy is immune to blunt force. Maybe Baryon Mode’s energy can damage Luffy, but if so, can it damage him enough to take him out of the fight before Naruto’s time limit is up?

2: the Mizukage is nowhere near even Edo Madara levels. Kaguya was much faster than that and she was wary of Momoshiki. Even if Momoshiki was half of her speed, that’s still closer to the Raikage in speed than the rest of the kage.
3: In the Boruto manga when Kurama is explaining Baryon mode he compares it to nuclear fusion and says it will take chakra from other sources.

The first issue is speed; Naruto has power but not speed, moreover Naruto isn't as casual in the speed category as Luffy would be.
Due to Gear 5's nature the fight can honestly go several ways depending on the variables.
But yeah pre-time skip characters were already FTL, and it just gets crazier via timeskip. Let alone Luffy's stamina and such. So I say this fight is very very close.
Moreover, Naruto character dimension feats are still iffy. It's similar to Bleach where it sits in that realm of can be argued but likely not and requires far more data and evidence to support.
