@@dannydonnelly8198 It definitely does help with competition. You just shouldn't go super slow all the time. But going against small dudes or females, you basically have to go slow.

Really? It looks like he’s rolling light and letting her work. Watch this kids other videos where he rolls with men, if he wanted to he could’ve held her down in mount the entire time.
@@paulmcgill2754 yea but he’s not rolling with any intensity or strength. When adults roll with children they tend to do the same thing. Maaaan, I don't like that way to almost finish and don't finishing, almost every lower belt will not see the submission coming, so, if u don't finishing them, they aren't learning much from this, I believe...
Thats cool and all. Heres a hard hitting truth. For a skilled woman BJJ is a great sport. But nothing more. Outside of a friendly roll, once a man gets frustrated and uses brute strength, its over for even the most skilled female BJJ player.
@@warriorgoat5939 a little anecdote from when I started training more than 10 years ago: my very first time inside a bjj gym, my sensei had us play a little game where all students were on their knees on side of the gym, trying to get to the other side, where one purple belt catcher was on his knees. The purple belt would grow his team of catchers by taking someones back. We had 3 females there that day, among them a brown belt. The females were the first 3 to become catchers. I was among the last 2 to still be “free”. Now mind you, at this point I didnt know jack about bjj, absolutely nothing. And sure enough, during the last cross over, the 3 females went for me. 3 skilled female bjj players against a 6’2” 210lbs noob with no skill at all. None of them took my back, I slammed 2 of them on the mat and just held the last one down. Over the months and years of training at that gym after that day, I became friends with those 3, but outside of friendly rolls where we work on technique, none of them ever stood a chance against me or any of the other guys in there when it came to physicality. I hate that it is that way, I encourage my wife to train bjj as well, but not I wouldnt want her relying on it as her sole self defense asset.
100 percent agree. I’ve rolled with females who have 10X the experience on the mat than I do, but whenever I roll with them I have to pretend I’m rolling with a child so I don’t hurt them.
The constant inversions are absolutely idiotic in any kind of real fight scenario. That kind of stupid crap that gets practiced in BJJ is only okay to use in pure grappling. If any strikes were involved at any point those inversions would lead to your immediate . I feel like she was doing it as a way of flirting and just showing off her butt but it really has no place in fighting.

More like male blue belt, not wanting to hurt female black belts ego.
Great title. Great roll. Great inversions 🔥 keep doing your thing Bro
