life is so great and I thank god for being alive. I'm watching an incredible video from the other side of the globe that was posted 20 seconds ago. It also made me really hungry😊😊
I am Thai and been working in Thai Restaurant for years. I'd definitely say this is a decent recipe to make Pad Thai dish at home(commercial way is quicker and more prep). You guys did a great job!
Can you please answer for me why my Pad Thai noodles are all stuck together and sticky dry by the time I get it home? It's only 10 minutes later and this happens. Then when trying to lift a small amount with my chopsticks, it just breaks into small pieces. I have sprinkled a little chicken broth on it to loosen it up some, but it's already ruined.
@@donneone the oil separates the longer it sits. Simply mix it gently until the oils combine back with the noodles. If it’s too cold, microwave it briefly then mix.
Your sense of humor - combined with your top notch cooking skills and taste tester - are what makes your and Claire's channel such a joy to watch. Keep up the great work. Many blessings to you both.
Claire is absolutely right, street food is better than fancy restaurants, their food has spectacular flavor that you cannot find in an expensive restaurant. Good job as usual Aaron! 🙌🏽💪🏽😎
@@Werkvuur true, I’ve had crappy street food and amazing restaurant food. So yeah I don’t agree on the “street food is better” opinion. One of the best meals of my life came from an “expensive restaurant”.

None of your dishes are difficult and the taste is way better if you make it yourself, your videos are so easy to follow. Your teriyaki sauce and the Korean chicken are my favorite. Have a fantastic weekend you two.
I just made this. I didn't have all of the ingredients, but I improvised based on what I know it should taste like and what I had on hand. I used processed sugar, sesame oil, fresh garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and a dash of mirin. I forgot the bean sprouts (I'm old) but I have them for the next attempt (likely tomorrow). I didn't soak the rice noodles I had on hand, but I under-cooked them a little bit. The only protein I put in it was the peanuts and plenty of garlic and a single green onion. I only used a small handful of noodles as this was simply an experiment. I have over the years tried at least a dozen different "Pad Thai" sauce mixes and this blew them all away. I will definitely cook some shrimp next time and I am already drooling in anticipation. This was so much better than all the commercial Pad Thai mixes I've used and I'm certain less expensive, not to mention that the recipe is scalable. Thank you so much for making this possible !!
Agghhh... I needed this last night lol. I scoured the UA-cam's/internet for a tutorial and it still came out pretty lackluster. I'll try this recipe now- thanks!! We ❤️ Claire!!
I love how you make every recipe seem accessible! I have tried and achieved some amazing dishes all because when I get intimidated I just hear Aaron’s voice say “Don’t worry about it” and I try and it ALWAYS works! Thank you so so much!
Loving the jokes today Aaron, subtle but I caught them all. The laughs wee just what I needed & this dish. It was clear how much you enjoyed this Claire, truly a great review you gave Aaron. Nice ending with little Hadu doing yoga in the background. Have a wonderful weekend & stay safe.💞
Can’t wait to try this recipe. First time I see you have to grate palm sugar: no one said that so when I used palm sugar it was as a mess trying to break off a piece and mix.
I finally convinced my Picky husband to try it and we both loved it!!! Thanks so much for the recipe!! I used tamarind concentrate and not sure I used enough, I’ll increase it in the next batch
Thank you Aaron for simplifying this favorite dish for us, I’m making this tomorrow! And I just love you both so much and wish you everything wonderful!
I dont remember the video where you showed how to make rice with the zuchini at the end, but I made that dish and it was excellent! Thanks for the inspo Aaron.
Love this dish and have made it several times. Quick question may I ask what kind of wok you’re using during the cooking process ? A description would be great or perhaps a website for it. Keep up the great work and ty for sharing
It’s morning here in the Midwest - and I could definitely go for some shrimp pad Thai!! Thanks for sharing - your recipes have not steered me wrong yet! @AaronandClaire is the #AsianSensation 😂
I love this so much! I totally agree with Claire. Pad Thai from the street vendors was always the best when I was in Thailand! (Honestly, any food from street vendors was AMAZING!)
All your recipes have been really good so far, so I am going to try this one next! I am kinda scared of the dried shrimp (I don't like food that stares back at me), so thanks for the tip on just grinding them.
YUM!!!!! Claire...I am laughing right now! The highest of compliments you gave & explained it perfectly!!!!! This is absolutely a beautiful meal! My Hubby & I went to Wang Thai many times in Itaewon before I challenged myself to making this. ❤ I will definitely try it again with your ingredients, Aaron! Shrimp is awesome!!! YUM! It is 8:16 am & I am hungry for Pad Thai! Hahahahaha! ✌🏻 Happy Wknd!
What a great dish, Aaron. In the USA there are plenty of Asian markets to go around and many of the ingredients are stocked in the regular supermarkets as well. I loooove southeast Asian cuisine, it's bright, spicy, fragrant, simply delicious. Ps, I agree with Claire's complimentary style🤗👍🌱🌿☘️🌻💌
How do you make everything look so easy 😂 I love and appreciate it! I’ve tried several “pad Thai” recipes and they never turned out great. This seems stress free and I cannot wait to try!
Aaron, have you and Claire ever had hakka noodles? They are an Indochinese dish, and are super amazing! Would love to see your spin on such a tasty classic 🥰 Hope ya'll have an amazing weekend!

Hi Aaron! I just made the pad Thai following your recipe! Very easy to follow and I love the interaction btw you and Claire. My pad Thai came out drier then yours… is there a way to make sure the noodles stay glossy/saucy???

Thank you for the recipe! I want to make this soon. But how much sugar and vinegar can I use as substitute? I couldn't find them in my country. Is rice vinegar ok or should I use white? Same for dry shrimp, it's impossible to find, should I skip it, or add sth else? I already have frozen shrimp.
