Skunk 2 came down to Colorado with 2 black all motor cars. I think one of the racers at that time was Tony. I seen Dr Charles too. They were running 10s. All motor in Colorado that’s respect. My cousin in California got me into all motor.

Facts! I used to live at the street races in Cali. I street raced from 1994 to 2000 I did Carson to Silmar to Ontario long Beach Cerritos I raced all over Cali good times back then.
Well I've bought 3 of the manifolds on b series and h22 and d16 vtec cats and I need a F23A and some other si ce I bought that stuff can I get some help
dude low key seems so frsustrated n angry. I remember the original skunkworks integra, when we were running high 13's mid 13's they were running bottom 12's and we were like how in the fuk. turns out that they massively stripped their cars to nothing and were stroking and doing all this stuff while we were all using bolt on parts trying to squeeze every hp out lol. Our little vtec controllers and apex controllers were our engine management systems then.
S2 ran 12’s at 2000lbs. we didn’t know we were only supposed to use bolt on parts. I’m sorry😂

I disagree about turbos - it's just efficiency at higher levels, with a slightly more complex system.
You can disagree, but it doesn’t mean you are correct. Turbo increases displacement, not engine efficiency . Turbo efficiency = how efficiently it increases displacement (boost) vs heat. Two very different things that have nothing to do with ‘higher levels’ and ‘complex systems’ ; whatever that even means.
All motor racing in dutchess county New York in 93 hatch with a '98 JDM GSR b18 9300 RPM and this was like 1999 so this this guy talking about breaking 11s in the early 2000s his timing is a little off just got to say because here New York we were breaking 10 seconds before the new millennia all motor engines this guy is timing off a few trs or maybe the old heads on the east coast were not documenting or recording ourselves. I very distinctly remembering telling myself okay so big deal when magazines were posting cars on the west coast talking about breaking ten 99s when I knew for a fact we had dudes on the street just doing that here and there over at lime Rock all day long

You guys did some cool stuff all motor, but no need to just hate on turbo cars because they chose an easier route to go fast.
Dave never got into turbo cause he doesn't understand how to tune or how to make a turbo work properly
The need to talk shit in order to promote your interest is kinda sad... Why talk shit about SpeedFactory? Why talk shit about turbo? Why do you feel the need to justify for several minutes about why you chose all motor? Just stick to what you love and enjoy it, no need to pretend it's superior for like 10 minutes straight. AM, SFWD, XFWD are all cool and interesting classes in their own ways. Don't forget, Skunk2 used to be nicknamed Junk2 for a reason... don't get too high on that horse.
I just wanna say, as someone getting back into the Honda scene, after about a decade+ hiatus, Skunk2 is pretty irrelevant in today’s scene. I literally had to search specifically for Skunk2 parts, to see what the market was for modern day K-Swap applications. I’m not saying you didn’t do well, given your time in the Honda scene, but you’re a shadow of what you used to be. All I see now is K-Tuned, Hybrid Racing, Drag Cartel, Jackspaniaracing, & the others.. Again, I had to specifically look up Skunk2 in 2024. You’re basically a shell of your former self. 10+ years ago, you were the bell of the ball. What has happened to you? Maybe you need to put that cigar away & focus on the fact that you’ve become the Blockbuster of Honda applications..
