Im pretty sure in the end the winning move was h8=Q+ Kxh8 and Kf7! And black are in zugzwang , only thing black can do is Kh7 cause if Bg5 then we take and go Kf6, so Kh7 and now Bd2 , if Bg5 then Bxg5 and Kf6 wins again, if Kh8 then Bh6 with the idea of Bg7 , its unstopable, black pawns fall , found this by myself
