I hate double cutting. I hate single cutting I think I’m getting sick of cutting and dealing with customers in general
Hahaha, we all have those days
I'm sorry but your comment made me laugh, I've owned a few buisinesses throughout my life and they all had the I hate and followed by dealing with customers. My last one was different, computer repair, I was in at the beginning of the home PC introduction to the masses, people didn't know enough to be a pain, of course that doesn't stop a percentage of people but it was a very small percentage. To everyone else I was a genius ( not true ), so the majority of my customers were very happy and paid a with a smile. Hope you have a better day/week!
Most of the times when I have to double or triple cut it's due to my resistance to bagging the grass and I just can't leave a half done job.
You all have some gorgeous properties. Its been hard for me to remember to record my work. I get photos but, videos are a different story. Glad he likes it so far. He is doing an awesome job. I ran into so unprofessional courtesy from a utility company last week. They didnt want to wait for me to finish up my customers yard before they started burying cables forcing me to go back costing me gas, labor, etc. to get a better cut on it. Just been swamped and haven't had time to make it back out for a clean up cut. Great job as always. Stripe city. Btw ty you all for motivating me. Some days are rough but, your videos give me that motivation I need to get up and do it all over again the next day. See you next time.
Excellent work guys. I’m with you all on the growth of these yards. I mowed mine this past Thursday and it could already use a mowing. lol. I had a lot of loose grass this last time so I’m probably gonna hit tomorrow or Wednesday. G is fitting right in with you guys. Good to see him on a mower. Y’all be safe careful and keep up the great work. Bruce in Wv!!!
I’d G going to be plowing snow with you guys this winter.
Having Zach with you on a permanent basis - even part-time - would be amazing.
Good work guys stay safe out there
Enjoyed the video! hopefully this week we will dry up from the rain. Have a great evening Team Spencer!
I hope so! It's nasty out here right now
Hello 👋
Haven't watched the video yet, but I am sure he loves working for you guys. Who wouldn't love to work with such great Employers !?!?!
Thanks so much! 🩷💚🩷💚
Yall could save some time in those ditches with a little 21' self propelled walk behind mower
That weedeated in the beginning sounds like it getting over worked!!……string too long
Good to see you guys doing well.
i put ATV tires on my toro rider ztr. kept sliding on clover when i tried to stop. ATV tires work great. learn how to turn without leaving divits...
Awesome video have a great upcoming Tuesday
Love the videos!!! Click those seat belts.
Thank you
Doing great, G! Remember to drink plenty of water. What happened to the pink cone?
Got that string trimmer line WAY too long. that's why it's bogging down and doesn't cut as fast.
Another one! Thanks for the tip! I never put the deck up that half inch. Made a huge difference! Great job as always guys!
nice sounding Pete at 3:20.
U need to get trimmer racks for the Isuzu and possibly blower racks
You guys are crushing it
Spencer you’re better off carrying a small push mower for that hill instead of putting ruts in it because by the middle of the summer that’s gonna look like crap
I've been doing it for 11 years, and it's still good.
I remember when I worked for a landscaping crew, I told them right off the bat I'm not getting in a mower and cutting that hill. This hill I'm speaking of makes the one you are cutting look like a speed bump. He showed me and said see I'm doing it and I said that's you cuz I don't feel like going to the morgue today .
Haha, I always tell everyone if you're not comfortable. Don't do it.
Love the videos!! Have you ever seen the Altoz tracked zero turn mowers?? Those machines are awesome for hills like what you were on/do
I don't understand why when you have a steep hill like that, use the like walk-behind so it is safer and there isn't any sliding from the mower.
Glad you like work for the Spencer's. Just don't ask TQ if you can mow the side with the big drop off...lol
Hey u are looking good, just keep it coming I love 😍 ha ha ha....
Thank you
Love the content cep up the grat work
Appreciate it!
If you put Duals on the mower it would work much easier for you
That rain has been a killer here in Iowa as well
Recommend carrying an old
Broom in the back of the truck to brush off all the grass stuck on your pants and shoes before going in the truck . I do it and it Works amazing !! You don’t have to be bending down and removing it with your hands
Love your videos. G looks like he will be a wonderful addition to your crew. .
I saw that assend sliding on ya
I thought the Suzukis trans was blown?
I live in Southern Ga and having been in chemical lawn care for 24 years and cutting lawns for a year,I've worked wheres its 115 in the shade. I have trained all types of people to spray lawns whether it be coo, military, industrial, landscapers it don't matter cuz I can count with one hand the people that made it past a year in my watch I've had 2 heat strokes and that was in my younger years. Rehydrate when you go home. Get renergized when you get home and don't think you can do that at work the next morning.I loved my job.
Great crew and great video!
What model trimmer is TQ running? Thanks.
I’m pretty sure it’s the fs94r
Whoever gave TQ that name was truly not exaggerating. She truly is the Queen of Trim.
Love your videos
Thank you
Just wondering do y'all ever talk to Tyler?? Just wondering how his new endeavors went. He seemed like a awesome guy.
Yes, we do. He is doing great!
I remember when you tried to catch Noah off guard with that question too!!!
Hey Shawn I hope you find the people You need for your business.
Hey from Oklahoma
Hello
You need to get some of us Mexican nationals. They will not disappoint you Spencer.
Long time no see!! I couldn't find any of your videos. Tonight you popped up on my screen thanks for showing up.
Hmm, make sure your bell is turned on
Hi
Hi
Good evening
Hello, how are you ?
TQ, at the beginning of the video, you have too much string out and causing the motor to bog down, which is causing the trimmer to work harder. Try using an inch less of string. It should help keep it from bogging down and give you more power.
rain is money for you guys can not bad mouth it to much
I agree, but it can also make work not so enjoyable! 😂
Idk if its just me, but it sounds like that string on the weedeater is to heavy duty? It sounds like its binding the weedeater to much.
This is a great big shout out to TQ, I have to say you have lost weight. I'm not sure what you are actually doing. I mean I have been following where Shawn is concerned. What is your plan that you were following? I don't use the word diet, it's just a lifestyle change. Keep up the great work. Congratulations!.
Tbh I have been looking for a good company to join I haven’t found any good companies I worked for a landscaping company and fell in love with there toros
It sounds like T Q's trimmerv isn't running tò full capacity maybe because the ßtring is to long. Dont know though
Goooooooood evening, Spencers & G!
Dust off, come on TQ, it’s just a work truck🤣🤣
Hello TQ and Shawn from tractor man lawn care business
Is your guy paid salary or hourly?
Hourly
That pool has seen better days huh? Lol
Have you tried growth regulator on the impassable areas
No, we haven't! We have looked into it.
Why don't TQ use the harness when she's trimming? One day she's gonna feel it in her back and hips. I have spasms super bad after trimming just for 15 minutes.
Hey Team Spencer, akways hated mowing hills.we had some bad ones at the cemetery.
Cone 10 Sean 2 😂
Great video hope you enjoy week off dry rain keep up good work
Here in south Australia i have not got my rid on mower out since last year as all my grass is dead as we have had no good rain to get it to grow
Man, my anxiety was kicking in watching you on that hill! Well done!!!
This is for the new man 😊 you will find out how it is when you get on the job and all the equipment works great and you don’t have to here the winning and complaining. Keep up the work ❤
Youmight have the makings of a new Olympic Event. "TRAFFIC CONE FLIPPING" Thanks for the video.
Still mot wearing seatbelts or securing your equipment. WHY NOT??
So people like you keep crying about
😂😂😂😂@@rayrayber_
@@rayrayber_haha I love ittt bro
Is he being paid a living wage? Can he afford a house and a vehicle? Your answer is the answer.
I remember when u first got this lawn that's how long ago I started watching yall
First again second day in row lol
Thanks so much!
@@SpencerLawnCare no problem been watching y’all for a long time much love
What would be handy if you got headsets to wear to communicate important information and just wear them on certain jobs.
For sure
As long as you talk to G in between jobs about the last and the next he will feel more comfortable, explain why you cut different on properties so he understands and i think he's ready to run the mower. If you are willing to let him..
That hill is the limit of what that machine can do. I wouldn't even dare do that with a walk behind.Nice and slow and use your weight to counter balance. I think your wide deck also helps with stability. Still I would be just as careful as you were mowing this hill.
When are u guys getting a shindaiwa trimmer and blower and even a M multi tool unit to put attachments on to
Probably never!
Look like another Ventrac opportunity
I had a major injury to my back, it has totally changed my idea of warm and cold, I refuse to complain about hot weather, the most I might say is its a bit warm today. Thats because the cold makes everything ache from my feet, legs hips, back, neck and arms. A winter storm is twice as bad. The cold, thats a different story! It doesnt help that I live in S/E Michigan.
I'm right there with you, I never ever complain about the heat. Lyme disease makes every joint ache and the cold is hell me! I'm in Pennsylvania, less snow, but still darn cold in the winter!!
@@One4Truth oh yeah, that puts my aches and pains that are weather related in the minor leagues! I hope your treatment is working for you.
Mr cone is not doing its job fire the Mr cone not your worker
You need to give the new guy the Darwin Grip so he doesn't have to bend over so much.
now we know why your elbow hurts u have cone flipping elbow
