    Mam me pehle bilkul tik tha . But 2 month pehel family me ek accident ho gya .
    Tab se bhaut overthinking negative things aati thi or bhaut se negative pattern ban gye bina koi problem ke hi problem hoti thi.
    Mene socha me kabhi tik nahi ho paunga.
    Study bhi ni kr pata hu .meri age 17😢
    But aapke videos dekna or rojana meditation or bhagwan ka name or unke uppar wiswas se .
    Rojana thoughts ko correct krna sab easy ho jata h .
    Life pehle se batter ho rhi h 🙏🏻

    Maam मुझे ये ocd है की मैं किसी रोगी व्यक्ति को देखता हूं तो मुझे लगता है ये रोग मुझे हो जायेगा ,और जब मैं किसी काम को करने जाता हूं तो मन में अजाता है की रुको वरना तुम्हे रोग हो जायेगा और बहुत परेशान होने के बाद काम करने के लिए का पाता हूं,और जब कभी मंदिर के बगल से गुजरो तो लगता है भगवान मेरे साथ साथ गलत कर देंगे या रोग हो जायेगा और यही मन में चलता रहता है कही भगवान के दर्शन करके घर आओ तब भी ऐसा ही मन में घर आने के बाद चलता रहता है...मैं कोसिस करता हूं की मंदिर की तरफ भी न देखूं पर इतना मन डरने लगता है की देखकर प्रणाम करना पड़ता है और फिर बार बार प्रणाम करता हूं...और काम करते कर गिनती भी गिनता हूं रोज रोज प्लीज इस पर वीडियो बनाइए maam
