Even I have improved a lot. Nothing you have to be patient means sabar honi hai aur lagathar inki vedios sunho on topics you want for minimum 6 months to one year. And another important teekh hona hamein hi hai so 1st mind mein e thought dalo ke muje teekh hona hi hai I can't be like this. No one is going to help me in this unless myself. Aur age bhi matter karthi hai ...by age what she says we can understand better. Kaise physical wound ko doctor dekh ke medicine dethe hai aur hamari body kohi teekh honi padthi hai vaise hi mentally bhi solution milthi hai but hamein hamari mental status ko isthara thayar karna hai ki solution/dava Jo di hai lag jayae. Varna chot Jo hai vo nahi teekh ho skathi. Hame hi koshish karni hai. All the best .
