You have to active 2 factor autentication on your google account, then the option will be displayed on 2 factor page and the end of it.
I successfully configured with smtp port 587. But the test didn't work, so i activated the send email option on Linkage Method and worked!

yes it works, 2 factor on, then search for password apps because its not visible now, get the new separate password and use that for device, port 465 worked for me, test works fine, now new problem, dvr doesnt send motion alerts via email, strange!
