I gotta tell you, I haven't heard the PS2 intro in a while now. it feels great. On the video itself, this game is really fun, especially with the light gun controller. Hard af to hit the little things on the civilians to keep them from changing, though. lol
NintendoComplete All joking aside though, I did beat this game, but alas traded it in when I was trying to buy the PS3 years ago. I will keep try and buy that game back though. It was a fun game, and I did in fact beat it with no victims turned. As cheesy as it was, it was a cool game.
Sega and Namco team up to make Vampire Hunter D: The Rail Shooter. Amazing, right? Alright, it might not quite reach the level of Time Crisis or House of the Dead, but it's still pretty damn good! :)
I still have this game I got a CRT just to play it with my old lightgun although I do now have an LCD USB Lightgun that works perfectly with the game. Just wondering, how do you capture your footage? Like what hardware are you using? Thanks.
VGSoundtrackGuy I emulated this with PCSX2 and played it using a Wii remote connected to the computer via Bluetooth on my TV. It worked out pretty well :)
I like how Sega reused a line from the announcer of this game in THoTD3. ("Reload!" for example.) And this is where the Bosses' weak-point health bar originated from? Nice.
Yo I remember this game when I was a little kid we use to try so hard to finish it but we always failed but it was so fun and rewarding getting a little bit further then the last time you can’t get that feeling nowadays with games sadly
Haven't seen a cabinet myself but I remember playing Crisis Zone. Back then you're not in an arcade if it did not have a 3d game by Namco. Thanks for the playthrough by the way. This might give me the motivation to replace my old PS2.
I Remember This! This Is A Game That I Saw On One Of Those Modified Coin-Operated PS2 "Arcade" Cabinets. High School Students Play This, I Don't See It's Name But Now I Knew It!
The little girl always annoyed me because it was like, "GIRL STOP FOLLOWING THEM AND GO HIDE, FIND SAFETY!! STOP GETTING IN THE WAY!!" Oh how I hated her.

Did Vampire Night support 4-pin Firewire (i-Link) twin console linking via the "s400" jack - next to the USB jacks on older phat PS2 consoles? I'm reading conflicting information online and can't find a UA-cam example like I can for Time Crisis 2 & 3.
there's another game is like this but I can't remember it's about vampire or evil hunter.. i remember that 3th or 4th boss is Naga or water dragon that has many heads that we have to shoot them which is weak spot for this boss...
The game is actually running alittle slower in terms of enemy ai acting possibly because of the emulation, they attack alot faster on my physical copy.
Remember the first time I saw someone else play this game when I was a teen, I was hooked. Then, I had to play it by myself! Unfortunately, I sucked. The only rail shooter games I beat were Elemental Gearbolt on PS 1 and Virtua Cop 2 or 3 on PC.
When Castlevania and The House of the Dead have a son...

"No actual vampires and humans were killed in the making of this game. Thank you for playing!" XD
+ReccaWolf Hahaha I love it. So apparently both weren't, so I wonder which were actually killed? Humans? Or Vampires? Yay grammar!

My brother and I had a lot of fun playing this when it came out. Thanks for posting this vid.
Don't know if I like this one better or the ninjas vs. the demons.
Every time I play this game in the arcades, I always use double guns.

Back when light gun games was actually cheaper than nowadays
Not sure will it be as good with better voice acting.
That ending had me in tears, when I heard "I won't forget that day..... That moment" 😂😅

Why Do You Type Like An Annoying Person?
Admit it, you all came for the voice acting.
Still can't find an instance of "thank you so much for your help, you're my knight in shining OMMER" from any gameplay
Truly captivating voice talent
I remember playing this in a boomers, it was fun. Didn’t know it came out for PS2
Castlevania gun fighters
Back in the PS2 era when 60 fps was the STANDARD.
this game used to scare the hell out of me
The lines are so cheesy it reminds me of the time i use to play this a lot
Que nostalgia vei

Was there some law stating that Light Gun Shooters must have the most horrible voiceovers and most horribly written dialogue?
manjiimortal yup. For me it is a must have feature ever . :D These bad Voiceacting-stuff makes from mediocre games to legends . :D

ShadowDemon17 hates fun.
It adds a certain charm to it.
Wouldn't make sense to put much effort in voice acting anyway since it's all fast gameplay with this type of games,
