I really like the transparent acrylic on the side with the coin compartment because I like being able to see the coins without opening it. But on the other side of the wallet, it completely blocks the thumb notch and prevents you from sliding the top card out. It also reveals the inner workings of the straps which I don't want to see. I wish they would offer a version that has one side acrylic and one side metal/carbon. That's the perfect combo IMO.
Wow that transparent wallet look so cool. Does it still hold 20 cards if the card is embossed? For Aviator Fusion, Does the coin tray can be replaced with double coin tray? How many cards can it hold with double coin tray?
I didn't test it with 20 embossed cards sorry. That might be a bit of a push. Yes, you can configure it with a double-depth coin tray. "How many cards can it hold with double coin tray?" Oh, good question, I'd guess 3-4 less. You don't really get the benefit of a minimalist card holder if you put 20 cards in it though, or any other wallet I suppose.
It forms part of the working assembly in this model, so nope. It's worth taking a look at my review of the Aviator Classic Aluminium Wallet or the Aviator One Wallet (my choice). I featured both in this video, also demonstrating optional AirTag holder ua-cam.com/video/DpSCcU71t14/v-deo.html
Thanks for the quick reply, much appreciated! How do you find the regular Aviator wallet (coin holder included), weight wise, compared to a standard leather wallet? Does it feel heavy in your pocket, or uncomfortable in any way?@@UHOOHEXTRATECH
No problem. Probably lighter and smaller, meaning I can put car keys and other items in the same pocket, whereas a normal wallet might occupy a pocket by itself.

@@UHOOHEXTRATECH Thank you. Additionally, is this wallet need RFID blocking card for the wallet to be RFID proof like in the Carbon fiber one?
No RFID blocker card required. The central components are aluminium on this wallet, and the website say it's RFID protected.
@@UHOOHEXTRATECH Thank you so much for your info. I really appreciate it.
Is it possible to take out the coin holder from these wallets to make them lighter / slimmer if one wishes?
