Nice Job. These people defined many of our childhoods in voice after voice - I'd bet more than half of all boomers and late boomers listened to hundreds of hours of recordings from the same 20 people
Universal was trying to capitalize on Tiffany Darwish's popularity as a recording star at the time "The Jetsons: The Movie" was released. It wasn't enough that she sang for "Judy"- no, the studio decided she should be her SPEAKING voice as well. So Janet Waldo's original voice tracks were scrapped (despite Hanna-Barbera's obejcetions), and Tiffany re-recorded Judy's dialogue...
Actually, the whole soundtrack was somewhat of a "checkerboard": George, Mel, and Daws Butler all passed away before the film was completed, and Greg Burson had to complete most of Daws' unfinished dialogue.
soon after messick died, welker took over as the current voice of scooby-doo. welker also did different voices from different cartoons, video game titles and feature films including kim possible, the cat in the hat, new york minute, disney princess enchanted journey, aladdin the series and kingdom hearts ii.
Yep Alongside Will Friedle, Linda Larkin (at least three times), Dakota Fanning (the youngest sister of Elle Fanning), Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen, Haley Joel Osment (the youngest brother of Emily Osment) and Jim Cummings
I love how you credited Jean Vander Pyl. She was never credited on the Jetsons back in the '60s and that's just wrong... she did 7 voices in the first episode alone.
Penny Singleton should have been given an "And" or "And Featuring" or something. She has the second biggest role but in your version is simply listed a routine 4th.
Nice job, but the credits should have popped on and off instead of dissolved, and you should've used the 1962 theme. The 1980s theme totally re-recorded sucked.

Janet Waldo (1919-2016)

Exactly
She was also pretty looking

Actually, Daws Butler died a year before recording began, and Patrick Zimmerman voiced him for the movie.
Yes. What should have been a "final hurrah" for the series turned out to be a bad experience for those involved.....and a disappointment.
My all time favorite intro. Hot band!
From 1985.
Totally agree, they really SHOULD have done it this way.!!!

What exactly did you change? You added opening credits?

Actually she voiced Rosie.
