Brother, this would be helpful if you do it: Alot of people have this problem where they watch lectures and make notes but the 2 hour lecture turns into 5+ hours of studying and making notes. Can you make a video or a live stream an hour or long where you take a lecture of a subject from some branch other than mechanical engineering (because it would me more beneficial for us to see how you approach a new subject that you know nothing about like something from ece branch) and study it by watching a lecture and show how you take notes of it on screen and what things to write and what not to and what to keep in mind. I got this question because some rankers say to write everything on notes (like you also said once to write things that can be asked in interviews) but, nowadays teachers tell to make something called running notes( write only important things and solve answers only in notes while attending lecture and after that, study from the pdf of lecture).

I am preparing for neet again this year and why I trusted myself to do this once again after failing 3 times already was because the 3rd time was a little different for me. As I was able to study 11 hours a day for the last month of the exam which I was not able to do in the previous 2 years even if I was as desperate as the 3rd year. And that is not happening I am again in that loop of studying nice and being productive for 1 week and then falling of for few days then again picking up. And I am doing everything I can to not go into this burn out phase but it keeps happening. I have studied for 102 hours this month (from 1 Aug-27 Aug), which gives an average of 3.9 hours of daily study. Hey buddy. Don't worry! Many people feel the same about themselves. However I understand you are preparing for 3 years and still not able to make through the exams. I have got some points to tell you. Try them if you feel relevant. 1. I think there is some problem with the approach by which you are studying. Probably get a study partner and try it out. 2. Break down your study sessions into multiple sessions of 90 mins each 3. Increase your number of revisions. 4. Take a break day often(like once in 15 r 20 days). Do nothing on that day. This works for me. Probably might work for you too. All the best! And when you make through the exam, do drop a reply to this comment :)
What worked for me: Embrace boredom. Do nothing that is of no use. Even in your free time, do not pick up your phone but instead meditate, walk outside and feel the air hitting your body. Do not worry about anything, and i mean absolutely anything. Do not fight urges or pangs to use your phone in the middle of a study session but instead ignore it. Visualise an urge to pick your phone like a phone call, do not get up to pick it nor do you get up to hang up. Just ignore the call, let the phone ring, let it pass away and bring yourself back. You'll master the harmony the more by constantly returning to it. Embracing boredom is important because it makes you be able to deal with "Doing nothing" instead of distracting yourself. Do one thing at a time. When you eat, just eat and eat fully. Practice mindfulness and meditation. As an end note: There are no special tips i have. The headspace you live in, i can never experience it just like you cannot experience my headspace. I do not know how you'll interpret what i say. So be patient, contemplate, do not distract yourself, be comfortable in being by yourself while figuring things out. Trust yourself, stop roaming around looking for answers, you have all the answers you need.

Hey! Its really great to see lot of people admiring and getting inspired by David Goggins. However, you must know that Goggins is referring to limitations that mind puts when one is in physical stress. When it comes to studying, you have to be smart! Taking breaks in between study sessions isn't something bad, it instead improves your quality of study. Pomodoro technique itself is tested by various scholars and doctors. Hope I cleared your confusion :) Stay Hard

Hello sir , I have just passed out 12th this year with PCB , didn't qualify NEET with good marks this year. Secured average marks in my Boards . Idk what to do !? I don't want to take a below average clg that I have got . Because one of my friends (who is studying there) told me that she is shifting her clg because there r no professors there plus mostly all the students keep on enjoying and irritating. No study atmosphere also she asked me not to join . The campus isn't that good too no hostel facilities. I am waiting for my waitlist results for my clg .but if I don't get one I have planned to take a drop this year and have been preparing for the same . Can you please help me with it !? Pretty confused also ,like Some people around me r telling drop is nothing you won't get anything so and so. Moreover doing bsc (geology) in a clg with no facilities! How can this be beneficial?! Only a degree with nothing ?!

Hey bhaiya, i very seriously need your advice. Its long ik, but i will literally be forever grateful to you if you took your time out trying to help me. I have just completed my 12th boards, i was in 9th grade when lockdown started and here began my downfall, i started skipping online classes and binged yt. This continued till 10th(passed boards somehow). Then came 11th where i chose to study for neet from home it self and decided to do non schooling. But 11th and 12th went by and i couldn't bring myself to study properly. And because i wasn't even going to school so i didn't even touch the books throughout the two years. 12th boards passed by too and even the fear of failing in it wasn't enough to make me study, i don't myself know how did i pass 12th. And now i have taken a drop for neet, its been 5 months i haven't yet studied anything. And its not like i dont want to study. I am on no social media platform other than yt, i hardly have any friends, i dont go out and indulge in anything bad, im pretty serious about ny career and i want to do something good with my life and me not being able to do it makes me die in anxiety. The phone usage of mine has easily been 10+ hours for the past 4 years and idk what to do. I cant go to an offline coaching as i cant afford one. Idk if im even capable of cracking neet or doing anything good with my life anymore. I have been watching your videos for the past 3 years and you are the one and only inspiration for me. I know that you reply to your comments. Bhaiya please guide me. I have watched a ton of strategies and all of them say diff things, some say to quit phone completely, some say to decrease its use little by little, everyone has a diff piece of advice ready. I'm confused. And knowing that you yourself was not the most studious student, i think that you can understand my situation and help me out.
While studying, I can understand the concept well but I can't write proper long answers of that concept by only understanding it. How can I improve this?

if you understands that you need stress then why not to create it ? like are you giving mocks regularly ? like it's been 3 years so i guess no syallabus is left to be covered by you so why not to give mock test small or big regularly you will feel a sense of pressure and if you are rich then get a offline mock test series and conducted alternate weeks.....
other thing you can do is talk to your parents or anyone you think as a parent figure {not friends} yes it sound weird but if you live with them just ask them to ask you what you did today and how many hours you study today ? and please don't ie to them this will to create a pressure . and if you are not comfortable to talk to just ask them to see calender daily and go write on it how many hours you study today ?
see i am not going to give you some happy advices , you are preparing for this exam for 3 years dont you feel guilty when you are wasting your time watching youtube video or something else . do write in a paper what will happen if you dont crack this year (i know life is too big than this shitty exam and you can do many other things) but still you need to keep yourself under pressure all the time so write bad thing sthat will happen if you dont and maybe stick it infront of your table .........
and can i know what you do in the whole day when you just study for 3 hours?
Yeah this is actually needed one❤❤
Thanks a lot

hey man i am obsessed with david goggins whose idea is to stop when its over whereas you are telling to use pomodaro plz calrify a bit
Hope I cleared your confusion :)
Stay Hard
Thanks

Hello sir ,
I have just passed out 12th this year with PCB , didn't qualify NEET with good marks this year.
Please make video on insecurity due to short height, low confidence and body shaming.
Not for gate or ese can u give a video for je and a.e level exams this includes a shallow level of concept knowledge but in an wider paner with lot of empirical datas should be held in top our minds... Clear strategy to be a topper in these kind of exams what's yur view??
I hope you consider this ❤
Thanks a ton.
Torq Bhaiya thanks ✨
You saved my day!
U helps us a lot ❤Thank you so much
My pleasure 😊
You're from which branch bhaiya?
Attractive words❤
While studying, I can understand the concept well but I can't write proper long answers of that concept by only understanding it. How can I improve this?

Bhaiya can a Bsc computer science student give Gate and Isro exams?
Bro I'm in my early 20s it's been 1 year since I started my preparation and I'm facing some health issues and most painful for me is Hair fall. My hairline is going back and hair fall is not stopping. I don't know what to do I'm not able to focus because of this issue
just cut them smaller....
benifits: now you don't have to give more attention or care to your hairs.
i.e. you can give more time to your studies and after finally acheaving your goal you can give them all professional cares

I have one Doubt about the notes that we make during lectures or after lectures does it come under Studying Hours, As you Stated that 10hour Study Schedule is making notes also counted in it. I feel like i am not studying when i make notes i generally don't count them in study hours. Please Also suggest me best way of making notes should i make notes during lectures or after lectures which would you prefer?
