Thanks for the great video. May I ask why it all looks so deserted? The pool was almost empty and there wasn't a soul on the mini golf course. Was this filmed in August? Thank you

I just go during off hours so that I'm not recording people. It was morning on a weekday, so it normally isn't this empty

The most enticing aspect of this community, to me, is the walking path in the outdoor pool. It seems that this is the only community that has such a thing. Am I wrong?

Is there a difference aside from appearance in the quality and durability of the shingle roofs vs the tile roofs?

It is mostly aesthetics, but the tile roofs do hold up better in the long run because they protect better against rain, debris, or hail that hits the roof. But ultimately it is the same underlayment beneath that is going to go bad on both
