We live in the valley in LA and this summer it was around 110-115 here plus the high cost of living and idiot Newsom and high crime rate with homeless issues...its time to GTFO of Cali. This place is really turning into a trash. Will be checking out AZ in December to scout out the neighborhoods. Hoping to find a good place to raise my family.

We lived in Chandler for ten years and every thing you say is true. Chandler was safe. We never experienced crime but I called the police once to report some kids vandalising a playground and they were on scene in no time. Their high school was massive. It had its own art building! The Gilbert Chandler Community College was great too….i took a couple of years of classes there.

We are new to Surprise! We live closer to Peoria,Glendale,Sun City etc. we also love the sound of FREEDOM flying over our house! If you don’t like the Jets flying over the house when you first moved here then you should’ve never moved in this area. We live in coyote Lakes. Yes it is a popular golf course area. That’s great for those people. It is not a 55+ community anymore and if we could get more families with children, it would make it so much better. As for the entertainment so we have to drive a little bit not really because we live closer to the other towns. I’m glad I don’t live out way out west and yes, our neighborhood is quiet and sometimes that’s really nice. Our house was over &400,000 so I don’t know where you’re getting the cheaper prices from. I think this is an old video. It seems like it is since you don’t know the real price range of Surprise homes.

Moving to Phoenix (Maricopa County) is the same as moving to Los Angeles. Extremely crowded, homeless, crime, and very liberal. Maricopa is also the 4th largest county in the nation which is why the entire state turned blue. If someone is seriously considering Arizona, they may want to look at other counties.

Born and raised in Phoenix, and the city is becoming harder to live in. The cost of living, crime, and homelessness have all skyrocketed. It’s turning into LA, but with worse heat. I honestly don’t know how we still live here. I find Old Town Scottsdale overrated, with its lavish but bland nightlife that caters to a specific crowd, unlike other more casual and inviting places.

Next time show me a one bedroom condo and the price for rent

If you were to give America an enema youd stick it in Phoenix. Its just another big city with big city problems just out in the middle of a god forsaken hell on earth desert. Im not sure what the draw is. Really overated. The honeymoon stage wears out quick after moving here. If you're into fentynal its a paradise though.

Actually in my town there is hate towards CA. People are scared to say to they from CA where I'm at. Even people traveling with rental car CA license plates they cover them up.

My small mountain town is ruined from CA People. People are dying everyday on our roads now and I'm scared to even drive around now. Please stop coming!
