I have 1kz injection pump having a code 14, after diagnosis, tells if interior pressure is under. I have changed the charge pump, but still have a code 14, what is the solution ?
Check your wiring to the injector pump. Especially the wires at the connectors as they get knocked around over time and can start to break. If you see any cracked or exposed wires, it might be flakey connection sending incorrect values to the ECU. I had this happen recently with the timing control valve connector plug. Sourced a new connector plug from a fuel injection shop for $20 AUS and soldered it in place of the fauly one. Absolute pain in the a$$ getting in there with a soldering iron but doable if you're patient and methodical. P.s. maybe read up on these pumps too to familiarise yourself more with them. Their is some excellent documents released by Bosch and Denso which will teach you some cool stuff not only about your Injector pump but the whole engine and how it all works. Heres a good starting point: injectionpumps.co.uk/pdf/denso_edc_v3_v4_v5_injection_pump.pdf
