We need a how to install hide always in headlights and taillight. Most company by me in mi have stopped using them. Reasons range from double shells to drill in the new headlight housings, fogging of lens , sealing them up is a pain for moisture reasons. Getting fiberglass and plastic dust in the housings and cannot get it out. It would be great to see a step by step including best product to seal up the backs beside a factory gasket with to screws which never works long term.
you can seal them up using silicone, as for cleaning the dust out, i would possible suggest putting the lightbulb carrier of the lens you drilled into without the bulb in it and using a vacuum to suck the stuff out? just a suggestion though.
@SIRENNET How was the brackets behind the grille mounted for the microns? It doesn’t look like there drilled through the grille, what kind of bolts or mounting hardware did they use?
If you pause at 3:11 you'll see the aluminum brackets that they guys made for mounting the Micron's in this position. We don't have the exact specifics on the hardware other then it's stainless.

+SIRENNET one other question. Does the cannon 360 offer two different colors. But each color run independently. Like let's say Amber/blue. The Amber used for turn signal function, and the blue used for courtesy/warning lights.
+znovosad555 The Cannon 360's are available in an Amber/Blue split combination. You can set the Cannon so that one trigger wire actives only Blue and another to active only Amber. You still then have the third trigger wire that can also be used to select another Pattern/Function.
for the havis console did you use the C-B69? to mount it to the center console? and if so did you have any issues with installing the c-as-1025 with or without modifying anything?

Aside from the ugly flange mounted vertex, the microns and corner lights look awesome.

The C-B69 was not used for the console installation.
What did you use for mounting this?
It has mounted to the floor/transmission hump using appropriate length bolts.
Is this legal for civilian use? Thinking about this build kit for a Dodge Charger. In Texas, by the way.
For legalities, it's very wise to check the lighting & safety regulations that Texas has in place. It can be found online or by contacting DOT.
Do the other siren tones work on the controller? In case it is needed for emergent management or alike events?
+Tom Curiale The Truck can be used by Emergency Response who are EVOC certified. If they need to use Siren Tones, they can be easily activated.

how was the grill removed?
