I don't know who, how and why Guru Oja Bipin Singh is called father of Manipuri dancer. Manipuri dance existed even before the birth of Guru Bipin Singh. I do respect Guru Bipin Singh but calling him father of Manipuri dance is not correct.

But who are those persons? If possible collect the Names from that High Court legal documents and do interview with them to know more about our community. McCollock has never told us that Bishnupriya Manipuri he told only Meeyang. On the other hand, Mc Cullock research showed, "And the Meeyang or people from west, they amongst themselves always speak their own language which is a dialect Hindee, but they all understand and most of them can speak Munnipuree." Our language is similar to Hindi i.e. Pani pileta - Pani peeliya etc. At the time of Grierson's research compound letterforms were not in vogue e.g Bishunu+pur but today this word pronunciation is Bishnu+pur. Which side of the history of Manipur can be construed as true? Was Pamheiba a Naga boy, really? As a citizen of Manipur, I'm confused as to which side of the narratives are authentic. Because, as we've been fed with the history text books, which are quite different from what you're saying.
History has always been tainted. And in this age, solely referring to history text books and relying on their diluted authenticity is of no use. If I have to cite you a very popular example, contemporary students of the People's Republic of China are not even 1% aware of the 1989 Tiananmen Square Chinese Massacre because the ruling party doesn't want the future generations to know that their ancestors were inhumanly killed by the ruling party for revolting against the regime. The regime wiped out every single evidence out there but since they can't ask NATO to delete the evidences, the whole world came to know abt it via media excluding North Korea and China of course.
George Abraham Grierson was never visited to Manipur , he collected all of these documents from Wahengbam Yumjao who hates bishnupriyas and published his own books in the favour of meitei and tried to link them with Mahabharata. Both of them were friends that is why he mentioned us as Mayang Kalisha. If George Abraham Grierson ever visited Manipur and comfort us we wouldn't have call ourselves as Kalisha. Everyone should understand this carefully

The person who fought for our Community Bisnupriya Manipuri as Respondent Representing the entire BM Community without expecting anything in return in Guwahati High Court is a Great thing.
But who are those persons?
If possible collect the Names from that High Court legal documents and do interview with them to know more about our community.
And also show images of that documents in video for authenticity.
And we will be more enlighten & proud and share this video as proof.

McCollock has never told us that Bishnupriya Manipuri he told only Meeyang.
On the other hand, Mc Cullock research showed, "And the Meeyang or people from west, they amongst themselves always speak their own language which is a dialect Hindee, but they all understand and most of them can speak Munnipuree."
Our language is similar to Hindi i.e. Pani pileta - Pani peeliya etc.
At the time of Grierson's research compound letterforms were not in vogue e.g Bishunu+pur but today this word pronunciation is Bishnu+pur.

We viewers decide which is best for us. We want to know what & why bishnupuriya claims that they are not manipuri. Very simple, hire them and podcast with them, let we know what the matter exactly is.

Which side of the history of Manipur can be construed as true? Was Pamheiba a Naga boy, really? As a citizen of Manipur, I'm confused as to which side of the narratives are authentic. Because, as we've been fed with the history text books, which are quite different from what you're saying.
History has always been tainted. And in this age, solely referring to history text books and relying on their diluted authenticity is of no use. If I have to cite you a very popular example, contemporary students of the People's Republic of China are not even 1% aware of the 1989 Tiananmen Square Chinese Massacre because the ruling party doesn't want the future generations to know that their ancestors were inhumanly killed by the ruling party for revolting against the regime. The regime wiped out every single evidence out there but since they can't ask NATO to delete the evidences, the whole world came to know abt it via media excluding North Korea and China of course.
George Abraham Grierson was never visited to Manipur , he collected all of these documents from Wahengbam Yumjao who hates bishnupriyas and published his own books in the favour of meitei and tried to link them with Mahabharata. Both of them were friends that is why he mentioned us as Mayang Kalisha. If George Abraham Grierson ever visited Manipur and comfort us we wouldn't have call ourselves as Kalisha.
