That first on the throttle bog you mention can be tuned away with a boost bottle on the intake and trying different header lengths on the pipe........chop,weld,repeat. Props to Tommy Griffin. Bought a felt faker and balanced engine from him years ago. It ripped. 10k +rpm all day.
I was wanting to build something stealthy that could safely cruise at 45-55 mph/prefer 55 to keep up with hwy 55mph traffic (not a flimsy motorized bicycle but not a heavy motorcycle) that could still be light enough (around100 lbs ) to be easily transportable on the back of a camper van/RV or pushed/carried up a few stairs or easily put into the back of a pickup truck of you break down 20 miles from home. A fast long range e-bike has to be pretty heavy & expensive. I dunno if I'm right but kinda think there'd be a market for a motorized bike like that for long city commutes & where parking is lacking, also so you don't have to leave it outside. Seems like you either have to go 25-35 mph on an e-bike, moped or motorized bike. Or move up to a heavy motorcycle, it seems like there is not much in between. A Honda grom or 250cc dual sport weighs about 250 lbs. Dunno if you could actually make something safe for 55mph that weighs 100 lbs. If I break down on my motorcycle, I can't just toss it into a truck & hitch a ride home.....Beefed up/reinforced welded steel bike frame, beefed up wheels, brakes & I seen some tires that'll fit on 26in wheels that are safe for 55mph. Something that gets good MPGs can cruise at 55 safely, is financially cost effective to build and can be easily thrown into a pickup truck.
The harbor freight stick welder works best off of a generator outlet, not a house outlet. The cheapie ac welder. Now you can mount tabs and frame reinforcement without cursing. Dremel tool, 28 tooth rear sprocket and welder. No fenders or chain tensioner..........unless you weld it in place. Good luck.👐

Great video bro... Thanks for the info I will be using it for my future builds 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Great video bro good information
It’s definitely some information most people don’t know the nitty gritty on and how they can use it to their advantage when building a piston port.
I agree there bro most people don’t know all that should help them out
Good info, ggz
Nice case reed
I’m working on a video coming up talking about the next builds. Two more case reeds
@@wtmotobikes8838 great like to see

Good information, Thanks for posting :)
I appreciate the comment Especially from a successful UA-camr like yourself. I’m working on it lol.
