It was great watching your video knowing I was walking the Corridor route via Scarfell Pike this morning heading back to Seathwaite. Looking forward to your next brew with a view with milk ☕
Absolutely superb! Without a doubt right up there with the best hiking/camping videos I've ever seen on UA-cam..top class!! The barking you heard sounded very much like a vixen to me 🦊 .. probably the reason the sheep were very focused on the barking too 😁
This solitude don't come easy you know ! How right you are Dave, the rewards are there for the taking. The inversion was 'other worldly ',as you described it, I was half expecting Heimdall to manifest himself at the entry to Asgard and point the way to Bifrost,the Rainbow Bridge. He required less sleep than a bird and could hear grass growing in the meadows and wool on the back of sheep. Lordy ! Belting video Dave as always. I just run out of superlatives for the Lakes. Litterally thought someone was being stabbed to death 😂 That cloud inversion was something else too, what a view to wake up too!! Hi Dave, what a beautiful film again, I have just got home after spending 3 nights in Boot, managed to walk to Scar fell via Samsons stones, and fox's tarn but had to divert to Wasdale head as my mates knees were causing him pain!! The first pint of Guinness tasted so good and the Taxi back to Boot even better!! After travelling all day I should be in bed but got watching your film! Take care.

Your right about the lonely valley, I used it to bail in snowy bad weather once, it took some effort to negotiate safely down. Fantastic video as usual 👍

Dave FANTASTIC.. 42 minutes of searching for that pure solitude that comes with Altitude, it's all good :).... Unusual not saying "brew with a 2200 feet view" lol but how good was that .... Excellent. Beautiful views ect... Dave any chance u can mention metres for your international fans here :) I can never calculate feet easily lol :) .... Stay safe ☘️

By climbing higher you got the view above the clouds. All those other low level campers were in the clag. How different their experience will have been. Great video Dave. ATB.

What with seeing that and others nearbye, I definitely will be in that area for my next solo. But not for a while...also like the fact u show your heart rate...makes me feel normal mines the same!.. keep it up. Stunning! Saw Thomas Heaton using that car park...its ideal
