People are leaving in droves because of high taxes, crime , terrible schools, high cost of living, sanctuary cities, not business friendly, corrupt state government employees, bad drug problems, pollution in the bay from factories and run off from other states, Pennsylvania,Delaware ,New York, feces from water plants in Baltimore, and a bad gang problem, and a inept judicial system!
